Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.

Bought my Chrysler 300S a year ago and could not be happier with any part of my experience. I went in for an oil change and service this week and was reminded of the outstanding support from Service and Parts Dept! My unscheduled Saturday drop reminded me why I am long-term customer based on the assistance of the Grava brothers. Routine service on my 2018 grand Cherokee. As always, fast and efficient. What makes it even better is a comfortable waiting and work area with coffee, cappuccino, popcorn and snacks. What more can you ask for in a dealer? Oh and their pricing is competitive for service.

Excellent all around experience buying my used Jeep. I think they could work a little more on their trade in values Because other dealers offered more from my trade ($1400.00 more) But There used vehicles are head and shoulders above other dealerships. And their finance and service departments Couldn't have been more helpful !! Thank you all
I had a great experience dealing with Phil and Franklin. Both were great to work with and very up to date on the workings of the Jeep Renegade. Franklin was especially helpful in pointing out all of the features of the car. He answered all of my questions.
With the exception of ???some last minute financial changes???, everyone was great and a pleasure to deal with. My car buying experience was easy; Mike in finance was awesome, and Rob was very pleasant. Dale and the other staff were great as well!
