Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I had owned a Subaru Outback for 10 years and fully intended to replace it with another, but after driving the Jeep Compass and experiencing the great service at Sudbay and meeting, Dale Connors,I changed my mind.! No high pressure,just friendly advice and a smooth transition. The Jeep was brought to Salem to my mechanic (Mully's) for inspection, the registration and transfer were all taken care of. All I had to do was pick up my car and enjoy. Our first long trip was to Waterville ME and the car performed very well on the highway. I am more than pleased with the car, the dealership and especially the friendly caring service from Dale. I highly recommend this dealership and salespersonto anyone.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I must say I was VERY impressed with receiving such a fast response to my inquiry. The sales manager pleasantly responded, even though it was after hours and on a Sunday no less! He answered all of my questions. Dan
Routine service on my 2018 grand Cherokee. As always, fast and efficient. What makes it even better is a comfortable waiting and work area with coffee, cappuccino, popcorn and snacks. What more can you ask for in a dealer? Oh and their pricing is competitive for service.
We had a great experience at this dealer. My wife loves her new 2019 jeep grand cherokee limited. No pressure at all, we changed color of jeep a couple times and finally decided on brown. Great Dealership to work with. Phil Walter and Franklin were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Franklin was very knowledgeable on the options of my Renegade and made the buying experience a pleasure. Mike Hollis was great in arranging my financing. Can't say enough good things about the entire transaction.

Excellent all around experience buying my used Jeep. I think they could work a little more on their trade in values Because other dealers offered more from my trade ($1400.00 more) But There used vehicles are head and shoulders above other dealerships. And their finance and service departments Couldn't have been more helpful !! Thank you all
I had a great experience dealing with Phil and Franklin. Both were great to work with and very up to date on the workings of the Jeep Renegade. Franklin was especially helpful in pointing out all of the features of the car. He answered all of my questions.
