I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
Cindy, as always, is very professional and knows her field. While this was a normal check up of the car, she made sure that it was in good shape when I came and picked it up. By that I mean she suggested the car needed its tune up, which I did not even think about.
The 2 issues. Every time, the last couple of years, I get service someone comes out from the dealer and asks if I want to trade in my car. This request is unsolicited and not asked for. Also, today, the day after the service I rec'd an e-mail from Auto Nation reminding me to service my car. It was just serviced.
I have now purchased two vehicles through this dealership (formally known as Kuhn Honda) and have had only good experiences. The people have been friendly and non aggressive. They are accommodating and seem to care about what you have to say. My salesman this time was a young man named Zach Walters who was kind and genuine. He did not push me in anyway and instead, ???fought??? for a better price to help me out. I did not get a chance to review him through the dealership due to an email mix up but I would give him 10/10 on every category. This Honda dealership has been great and I will continue to do business with them.
We have leased in excess of 15 cadillacs thru Ed Morse and have never been disappointed. Our sales rep Karen Barrese is very detail oriented and pleasant to work with. She is always is available and is anxious to make certain her customers are satisfied and feel good about their purchase. Carlos in the service dept is also great to work with and will always try to solve your problem.
Jim West is more than a salesman, he really cares about finding just the right car for his customer., and doesn't pressure you into buying a car 'on that day' like some others we've encountered. If you want a caring, friendly person to help you find a car, Jim is the guy. We are really happy with the car he located for us!
Service was outstanding and very timely. Mike Stevens, my advisor, helped me learn a few new things about my new car that I did not know. He was patient, friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I had a very good experience with my first oil change on my new car. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
The Service Department at FPR has always provided excellent service. My Service Rep, Steve Wollak has always taken care of all my service need and ensured I receive fast and quality service. Thanks FPR.
Becky was amazing and got right on our issue and took excellent care of us! Our mechanic was also amazing and walked us threw everything he did. The service manager was also wonderful and very helpful.
My family and I went to all the local dealers from Bradenton to Venice. Shopped online for a week then a search introduced Ford of Port Richie. I reached out to The Online Rep Sallye and vented. The car buying process is horrible. You don???t know who to trust or what a good price is. By this point I knew my desired options and price were aggressive but this dealer made it happen. They delivered my vehicle and paperwork and I was left a satisfied car buyer for the first time. Much appreciated.
