I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.
My sales advisor, Bruno Reichert, was great. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a sales advisor that knows so much about cars, all makes. And he has worked there for a long time. I know he’ll be there whenever I have questions.
My car broke down and I needed something quick and affordable. Craig found exactly what I was looking for and helped me through the entire process. This was the easiest, quickest and best experience I???ve ever had purchasing a vehicle!

I specifically went to this place to deal with Tim Shaw. I found similar vehicles at other dealers, even right next door - but they didn’t have Tim. So I didn’t look any further. I trust him. He is an honest man who truly tries to fit the person to the best car for them.
My only let down was that I left $140 ‘hidden’ in my trade in - and I forgot to get it. One of their employees found it, took it and left the empty money bag. I wish everyone there were as honest as Tim.
I am enjoying my new CR-V Touring I purchased from Tim Shaw. I will be bringing other friends there to buy too.
The whole experience seemed rather impersonal to me. When I walked in the front desk was very nice. But I was sent to a computer to “shop”, then the vans were brought up front to test drive. No one around to ask questions about the vehicle. Then when I sat down to finally talk to a sales associate it was very dry, facts only, matter of fact and ended with “we can’t work with the amount you have.” I walked away feeling very disappointed with the whole process and experience.
I love my new Infinity QX60. Tom, our sales agent, was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.
For a first time buyer I had a excellent experience at Hendricks l, they helped me get in my new 2019 Ram 1500, everybody was helpful from walking in at the dealership to signing the papers to close the deal I would defiantly recommend this to everybody I know.
I first purchased a used vehicle from Jason at Benchmark in July 2016. Jason was mindful of our time and he lets us explore the vehicles with absolutely no pressure. The paperwork was easy with no garbage clause like the spot delivery scams some dealerships use. At that time we did look over the Rams but, while impressed, we were not ready to covert from Silveradoes. Then the new 2019's came out. We went t5o Benchmark first but Jason was not there so we jsut browsed but they did not have what we were looking for that day. We visited every dealership from Meridian MS to Anniston, Al and up into Tennessee and down to Montgomery looking for that special one. Most dealerships I was not impressed with. We are old school and like to see what we are buying. Most of the sales people knew nothing they had on their lot. They didn't even know what came on the Ram Rebels - I was told that you could not get 4 corner air suspension or Panoramic Sunroof on the Rebels. I honestly can not remember any of their names because they simply did not make a lasting impression. We decided again to visit Benchmark and asked for Jason - I remembered his name because he was one of the few that seemed to always know what was going on and made that lasting impression. He came out, seemed happy to see us and was able to answer our way too many questions. He did not have to go and look up what was on the lot because he knew what they had. He pointed me right to my new Ram with the suspension, e torque and sunroof I wanted. Simple when a salesperson knows they product. AND he got us to purchase our first RAM! Goodbye Silverado... Again, negotiation was fast with paperwork a breeze. And we were in and out in record time. Benchmark and Jason are a winning combination...
Jonathan at Audi Birmingham did a great job getting me into a beautiful Q7. I was an out of town buyer and did the entire transaction remotely so trust was critical. Everything was 100% as represented to the last detail. Car was even better than the pix. Jonathan even met me over 2 hours away with the car. Big thanks!
The car buying process is just so long I actually hate buying cars & having to go into dealerships. Some sales people are snakes! But Lani was great made the process painless & made sure all of me and my moms questions were answered & taken care of!

I have never had a better car buying experience than I have with Vaden Toyota. I have bought several cars thru the years and this was by far the best car buying experience ever. I bought a used vehicle that far surpassed my needs and was such a great deal I was completely shocked. Marty and Donnie were some of the most professional and courteous folks to deal with!! I wasn't just another car sale but they truly seemed interested in finding the right vehicle for me with my budget. I highly recommend Vaden Toyota in Sylacauga!
