He clearly explained the features and benefits of each option and educated us on the dealership price match policy. Rashad was prompt but not pushy in returning calls and emails and we have now purchased our second vehicle from Hyundai of Vacaville. The sales manager George (Jorge) even offered to work out a dealer trade to secure the perfect vehicle for us. It was refreshing to find sales people who worked together in the customer’s best interest. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
Purchased my daughter her first car here. I purchased a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Great prices super easy to work with and finance manager ANDY was very informative and helpful. She got me a great interest rate. Would definitely return for my next purchase
The service is great! The online tool to schedule does not update the service records at Concord Toyota. Recommend that it not be used and call the service there. I have used it twice and been told I didn't have an appointment. Luckily they were able to still do the service.
