I went to the dealership in June, just looking around. Ken made himself available for any questions and if I wanted to test out anything. This was the first time I decided to look outside of Chevys, Fords, etc. I wanted to see what Toyota, Honda and Subaru had to offer. Needless to say, I never made it to any other dealers. Ken provided assistance without pressure. His calmness was important to me, and I appreciated how he was not going to shame, embarrass or force anything on me. After a few test drives, I wanted the Cross Trek, and Ken gave me choices. I did not have to take what was there I could put together whatever I wanted, and he would find it for me. I have a gorgeous blue model with the interior features I wanted. Financing was again without any pressure for additional add on and the service department came through without any problems installing mats and cargo covers. I got everything I wanted without ever being made to feel like it was a problem. They have great deals and work hard for their customers.

Every 10,000 miles is my service appointment, I receive coupons and call to schedule a appointment. Not one time have I had any problems and the service quotes were really reasonable and accurate. Andy is my service rep and he goes out of his way to make sure that my Jetta is going to be around for 200,000 miles or better. So as far as I'm concerned V W dealerships are not located all over like other car brands, and Smith V W stands out to be one of if not the best. So if you want reliability in a vehicle along with comfort and a "Honest crew of people" that keep making you feel that they have your back, then why would you want to trust anyone else.

After car shopping for 3 weeks and making no progress we were getting exhausted. We dealt with pushy, high-pressure salesmen, salesmen that knew less than me about their cars, and salesmen who didn't seem to have enough energy to get out of their own way. Then we decided to head toward Philly and stopped by Fred Beans on a whim. They had the perfect car, but that's just luck. The salesman we had was outstanding from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect for us. We had a lot of fun talking and joking, but when it came time to do business everyone was eager to work with us to make sure the deal fit our budget and needs. We ended up driving home a CPO car and couldn't be happier. Everyone as Fred Beans was miles ahead of the dozen other dealerships we visited and we'll be happy to drive out of our way to buy from them again.

In looking for a small newer reliable car for my children I discovered a red 2012 Nissan Sentra on the internet. This dealer is was 35 miles from my house, But the car looked in good condition and very priced reasonable. From the time I walked into this dealership I knew I was going to purchase a car. The saleswomen I dealt with was outstanding. Had time to answer a lot of questions, explained certified pre-owned car options, preplanned course test drive and explained everything the vehicle I was driving had to offer. It was amazing to deal with a salesperson that knew exacting what they were selling with no pressure. We were able to work out a deal and my family and I could not be happier. When I picked the car up it was emaculent. I am in my mid fifties and have purchased many cars over the years and have never been treated like this before. First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

Transaction went very smoothly . The top of the leather dashboard was coming apart on the passenger side. I scheduled an appointment with Eric and left the car in your care for the repair.
