Love it!!! Beautiful car. I’ve owned Mercedes and this car is by far superior in every way possible. The ride is smooth and fast. The look is classy and stunning.
Showed up an hour early, and they took great care of me. Was able to work in the very nice customer lounge. Got me out quickly with a car wash to boot.
Very comfortable performance sedan.

Great performance and enjoyable driving sedan. Lexus has definitely got it right. I have owned several Lexus sedans and this is my favorite from the stand point of affordability, performance, and space for all our needs.
I have always had a great experience at Flow Lexus. Always greeted with a smile and kind word. Rick and Tim have always been helpful. Great service department!

Absolutely love everything about the car. I would only say I’m missing a bit of storage in front (sunglasses, etc). Love the size, options, speed, comfort - smooth ride. Everything else is perfection!!

I wasn't seriously looking for a new car, but when I saw this one, I knew I had to get it. Beautiful pearl exterior and the interior is a show-stopper of rich brown and camel and bamboo woodgrain!! Truly a fantastic car!
You have always handled our car issues with the upmost professionalism. This is our first Lexus, even better than the car is the service. Facility very well planned out, easy to navigate. Suggestion would be to offer training sessions due to the complex nature of the cars features. I think many don't understand so many of the features, and don't know how to use them.

This car meets my needs and I enjoy driving it. First time i ever had a Toyota. Just wish it was bigger inside. Not as roomy as I would like.
RUSS is great, he knows his business and flexible. The service staff not only does a great job with the routine jobs but is able to quickly identify anything irregular with the car. Love my car. Performance has been superior. .

Have been with this dealership for over 15 years. The service.is superb - one can trust their recommendations (never pushing unnecessary work) and the quality of service is the highest. The sales staff is equally knowledgeable and professional. And they let you know they want your business and will work with you. Every one is attentive and courteous.so that any experience at the dealship lets one go away with a good feeling. These are the reasons we keep coming back. 2018 Avalon, not what it once was.

This is my third Avalon previous 2 were 2003 and 2010. The comfort level and amenities are less than the previous models. Disappointed they dropped the Pandora from on screen menu. Over all slightly disappointed in this car may not make the typical 7 or 8 years.
As always Susi is on top of everything, from setting up the appointment to finalizing the bill and getting the RX returned quickly. She is consistently amazing👍

Lexus quality is going downhill. This is a new car with abt 2000 miles many attempts to dealers and Lexus to repair the issue without success.
Their answer is that this is normal characteristic of this ca. We tested another similar rx350 with no such issue. Found out from lemon law lawyer that there is lawsuit against Lexus for similar issue.
I have yet to be disappointed by Flow Lexus. We have dealt with them for nearly twelve years, beginning with them servicing my wife's 2004 RX350 which had been bought used from a different dealer. We have been pleased with the service -- Mark Bell was an integral part of our early service experience. In his "new" role as a salesperson, he worked diligently to find my wife's new NX300h and she is delighted with the results. Parenthetically, I called him so many times discussing her wishes that Meghan,Poindexter knew my name and who I wanted to talk with by the time we purchased the vehicle. I'm planning to stay with what I consider a winning lineup -- Mark is looking for a new ES300h for me.

Absolutely love the Lexus GX Luxury. We have owned several SUVS including an MDX, Explorer, Lexus RX330... This one was love as first drive. We have known Lexus to be one of the most reliable brands we have owned, but with children I didn’t want an RX again. I looked at Range Rover, Mercedes and Infiniti because we knew we wanted a larger sized SUV. I also wanted the “captain” seats in the middle. This car is loaded with features... Enough technology to make a tech loving family happy. I love the fact that I can start my car from an app. I love being high up off of the ground to see around traffic. I love the soft leather. We have had so much fun and so many compliments on this beast. Not regretting it. For those who say the ride is bumpy... it is slightly, but not more than any other pricey SUV. It’s actually pretty smooth. It’s a tall vehicle. It’s got a truck-like vibe with all of the luxury and bells and whistles you expect from Lexus. That’s what we wanted. We have the Luxury Sport package— only because this car was available. I would have been happy even without the spaceship like buttons and rear heated seats. Overall this family of four is in love.
While the service department is the reason I buy Lexus, I also appreciate my salesperson. He knows what I like to buy and also the settings I need. My car is always ready set and ready to drive. Flow Lexus Winston Salem is the best .

This car has plenty of room & has more safety features & comfort qualities than I could have ever dreamed would be on a car. The drive even on the freeway is exceptionally quiet. One very rainy evening I was totally lost on the road. I clicked on mobile assistant & a live person came on the channel and assisted me in finding my destination. I am so
pleased that I now own this car!
I got the F sport model of the IS 350 and this car, and it looks and drives great! The interior and exterior trim is gorgeous, it handles fabulous, has tons of quickness, and is extremely comfortable. The only downsides I can think of is that the tires squeal a little when taking fast turns(not sure it’s the tires fault but they are relatively new tires they are expensive) and the car is priced pretty high, which it puts it up against a lot of high end competitors like bmw, Audi, and Mercedes. In the end, I went with the car that I liked the most along with what I thought would be the most reliable vehicle in the long run.
This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
Everything went well as far as the repairs. Only thing would be is to be a little.more carful making sure not to step on side rail of car or is foot to open door as I had to clean both after picking up car. David was great and I liked the texting communication as it was.veru helpful as I'm trying to work and can't be talking on phone alot.

Really like the car the size is great. Rides very well. Doing good on gas. Has good get up and go when needed. Car handles well.
