We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. Sadly its my wife's driver, but I get to drive it on trip!

I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

Wonderful experience at this dealership. Great selection of quality vehicles. Everyone we worked with (sales, finance and manager) were professional and kind. Not pushy or aggressive at all. The entire process, from the moment we arrived until we left with our new car, only took a few hours. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!

I have owned the car for three years. No issues whatsoever. Drives nice on the highway and gives me the range I need for my regular commute. Very comfortable car to drive. The trunk is tiny, but that's typically not a problem. I give the car five stars. Very satisfied.

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi. It has over 400,000 miles on it. It has the original engine and transmission. The engine does not smoke and still has really good performance

The car is excellent. All you need to do is drive a BMW 750i, and you will not want to drive any other car or SUV - there is no comparison.

Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

Transports more than other 4 door cars. Drives fantastic. Smooth, yet sporty and nimble ride, with plenty of quick acceleration when needed. Very reliable, with easy maintenance.

Due to my business, I have been cursed with a very critical eye. I am pleased that Brian and Andrew at Importacar apparently have the same curse when it comes to cars. My wife and I have been stopping in randomly over the past few months just to check out what?s new on the lot. This week, we found a perfect car for us which I decided to get for my wife for Mother?s Day. I am not very good at keeping surprises so we picked the car up yesterday. When we arrived, the car had been cleaned even though storms were imminent, the car had been filled with fuel and a full service had been conducted by a top mechanic even though it wasn?t technically due yet. The car was almost flawless with the exception of a slightly weathered antenna?which was also replaced without us requesting. It?s as though Brian and Andrew are buyer?s representatives for these cars even before there is a buyer. My wife and I had the luxury of living nearby and being able to check out the cars in person but I have no doubt that if we had driven for hours, I would have been just as pleasantly surprised. It was one of the most pleasant car purchases that we have ever made and I have no doubt that we spent the perfect amount on a perfect car. It is very obvious that Brian and Andrew care about what they do and they take their jobs very seriously, which is very rare over the past few years in any trade, much less the used car trade. If more dealers conducted themselves in such a manner, the negative stereotypes within this sector would soon disappear.

I’ve owned the Nissan Proto Spec Z for 3 weeks and I absolutely love this car. It has great responsiveness, it’s getting 26.5 mpg and is very comfortable to drive and ride in.

For the price, I couldn't have made a better choice. This car has ventilated and heated seats, and all the bells and whistles available at that time. Had I purchased one of its competitors, I would have paid much more for what this car has. It has been a reliable vehicle as I have had all regular maintenance completed. I have only had to replace tires, battery, and take in for one or two recalls over the years. I'm passing it on to my graduate that's how safe I believe he will be.

This is a family run business. Therefore when you come in you are greeted as if you were visiting a family not a business. Andy does not put any pressure on you to buy, instead he let the cars sell themselves. It a novel idea that I wish was more widespread. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the convertible mustang we purchased.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jerry Hunt of Lexington and had a great experience. They listened to what we were looking for, didn’t waste our time with other vehicles that we weren’t interested in, and answered all the many questions we had on various cars. We also didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision which was different from the other dealerships we had been dealing with. They really seem to be about the customer and making sure you have a great experience whether you buy from them or not. For a car buying experience, it was better than expected and would highly recommend them for your next car buying experience.

so much going for it that it is sad that the dashboard panel was not thought out. The air conditioning and the media controls are inexplicably linked. Every time you want to turn the radio on, you will turn on the air conditioning. It is bonkers and it's not useful. If you want to install a phone holder you will not find a good place as all useful information is on a panel that would hold the phone. Who designed this? Fire them.

The personnel at JHS were friendly and professional, the Bronco I bought was immaculately detailed and clean our salesman was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle;answering all questions. A very good experience.

Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.
