I bought this car about a week ago in the Forte5 hatchback Instead of the sedan since I liked the look of the hatch better. So far it’s been great for little run around trips and I haven’t had to fill up the tank! The engine does like to idle at a low RPM usually below 1000 which I’m pretty sure is just how the car runs but it makes the car vibrate slightly but as long as the needle doesn’t move I think it’s ok.

Clean facilities, exceptional customer service and very accommodating would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for repair service or buying a new or used vehicle.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership.
