I also was able to trade in my Honda pilot which made the price of Acura go down, which was such a blessing. They were very flexible on that and quickly found multiple options for me to locate my registration papers again. I was able to take the car home same day, which was a huge blessing! My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

Very well packaged.
I bought this car about a week ago in the Forte5 hatchback Instead of the sedan since I liked the look of the hatch better. So far it’s been great for little run around trips and I haven’t had to fill up the tank! The engine does like to idle at a low RPM usually below 1000 which I’m pretty sure is just how the car runs but it makes the car vibrate slightly but as long as the needle doesn’t move I think it’s ok.
