William in sales worked diligently to get me the best possible loan available, even after I had agreed to a higher loan with one company, he worked hard and surprised me the day I showed up to sign the papers with a better loan from a different company. I say this to show how he, and all his associates, went above and beyond without me asking to make sure I had the best experience and terms possible. William was also very upfront and honest about where the used car I bought came from and what it was missing (particularly a hex key) and was an absolute pleasure to do business with, never once did I feel pressured during the buying processes, and we actually had a lot of laughs together. I also want to give a shout out to Ronnie who made the signing processes on the day of as smooth as possible, and was just generally a nice gentleman to talk to. I would 100% do business with them again, and would/will recommend them to any family and friends in the future. Thank you guys for all your hard work but most of all for your straightforwardness and kindness! :)

I found a vehicle on the Prime Motors LLC Virginia website. It is conveniently located if you are driving from Washing D.C. or Maryland. I read the mixed reviews online and decided to come have my own experience. I'm glad I came! The night before, Saturday, I sent a text message to the company letting them know which vehicle I was interested in. The next day Richard responded to my text message. He asked when did I want to come see the vehicle and I told him in a few hours that Sunday morning. He was very accommodating. I continued to text Richard as I prepared to go to the dealership. I texted so many questions and Richard answered them all. There was nothing left but to see the vehicle. This dealership has a friendly and cozy feel to it. Richard met my son and I with a smile and we headed to the vehicle immediately. We just met and Richard was so open and honest about the vehicle. He was patient and took his time going over each aspect of the vehicle. Richard accompanied my son and I as we test drove the vehicle and he took the opportunity to share more details about the car. After this experience I was sold. I did not expect to drive home with my car the same day. I thought I would have to come back in the week to pick it up because it was Sunday and other essential staff were not there. Kevin, who handled the tags was not there. To make sure I drove home with the car the same day he was called in. He walked through the door with a smile after coming in on his day off. They really put customers first! What more can you ask for? This encounter left me feeling like I made the right decision purchasing my car from this establishment. I arrived as a stranger and left as a friend! I advise anyone not to always pay attention to reviews. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Have your own experience!

This car is awesome. Like the design and price and warranty and quality and... Got it new. Now almost 7 years and 70k looks like new with two kids and few road trips couldn't make better choice.

My only complaint about the car is on the passenger side the seat is very low and cannot be raised any. Otherwise it’s great and very sporty looking.

The Kia Optima Ex is in awesome car with great built in features. The 2014 model was completely decked out with every feature possible. On the new models, they moved some of the extras to the SX and upped the pricing for them, so that was disappointing, but still an amazing car. Can't beat the drive for the price; worth every penny. Very few mechanical issues. Mostly battery, but living in heat, that is bound to happen. Would suggest to anyone looking for a fun ride at a reasonable price.
