He went out of his way to help us with the purchase of a car. He was so kind-in fact we went to a different dealerships and did not experience the time and patience of other sales personnel. I would definitely deal with Nate again. I just want to thank him for his time and great follow up with us. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.
They have no-haggle pricing. Their asking price on the car I bought was $2,100 under low-end Kelley Blue Book. No head games to take the extras: e.g., extended warranty, insurance or VIN glass etching.
We were shopping around for an Acadia and by chance ended up here. We worked with Jeff Lenz who was AMAZING! We had a 1yr old with us and he went above and beyond to help entertain our little guy during the couple hours we were up there. He was up front, honest, great with our son, polite and ensured we were completely satisfied from start to finish. We will be back to get another vehical from him in the future.
Excellent service from Ryan as he put the hitch on my recently purchased PHEV. I have 1500 miles and 1150 miles battery use only. Less than 20 gallons of gas used. Also, chose to tint windows. Charles Curry was great to schedule appointment. Confirm by email and provided a 24 hour reminder. Mungenast provided shuttle to shopping mall. I'm appreciative of the professional attitude. My wife and I went into the dealership to find out what my payment would be if we financed the remaining balance owed on two 2015 Kia Soul Base Model cars that the lease was up in May 2019. While I never got that information, Shannon made an offer to basically over pay us for our vehicles as the dealership was "low on pre-owned", to get us into brand new vehicles. So I looked around and was interested in the Niro. I liked the Niro FE due to the combined 50mpg and my wife liked her 2015 Soul so much she just wanted a brand new Kia Soul. We started the paperwork, My wife and I both went for test drives and after we got back he informed me that the FE trim of the Niro was not able to be leased. He said because of that error the manager will get me the next trim up, the LX for the same lease price offered on the FE. More paperwork was done and we closed the deal. Shannon. M was the reason I left with 2 brand new cars rather than my 3 almost 4 year old ones. The only thing that was not great was the fact that my wife and I were there almost 6 hours total. I don't know why it took that long but it did. My wife and I have had our new cars for a week and we both love them. Shannon. M definitely deserves a raise and a promotion with the skills he has. He was super professional and courteous. I hope that when my lease is up in 36 months, that I can work with him again.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I felt welcomed and comfortable. It was no misunderstandings or nonsense. He genuinely wants to please his customers and I???m glad that I was one of the successful sales of this month.
