Great Service! I drove in with a warm welcome and didn't feel hunted like other lots I visited. Round Rock Honda review
I recently had an outstanding experience at Round Rock Honda. From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming. Salesperson Trish Scheffer took the time to understand our family needs and offered valuable insights without being pushy. They were knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided clear, honest answers to all my questions. The entire process, from test-driving to financing, was smooth and efficient. Trish went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Round Rock Honda for anyone looking for top-notch customer service and a stress-free car buying experience.

FORZA AUTOGROUP review
I had an amazing experience with Forza Auto Group! They were upfront, professional, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The car was exactly as described — super clean and in excellent condition. I saved big compared to what the franchise dealerships were asking for the same model. Highly recommend Forza Auto Group if you want honest people, great deals, and quality cars!

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

I took my car in for it's first oil change and tire rotation and the experience was great. Edwin was the person who I was assigned to and he was great! He even showed me some features about my K4 that I was not aware of. Very professional and said it would take less than 2 hours. He was spot on! The waiting room had coffee and ice with water. Very clean and about 4 TV 's you could watch.

Jason Moran was an amazing salesman! A pleasant experience throughout the process from the selection of the car to the final closing.
2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

Bought my first mini-van (KIA Carnival) from Ancira. If I ever buy another KIA again, I almost certainly will buy from Ancira. The experience was easy, no pressure. My salesperson, Dillon, took his time and patiently showed me every vehicle I was considering. And it didn't take unnecessarily long to finish the paper work. Overall just a very positive experience.

Auric, was our salesman, and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions. He answered all of our questions, and took the time to go over all the tech features of the Telluride. We had an excellent experience from the time we drove up to the dealership, until we drove off in our new vehicle. The whole team did a great job.

Leaving the dealership with a great feeling of owning a car at a decent price!! Had an issue but the GM (Mr. Sprang) reached out to me and helped me to get a good deal on the car I wanted. One of the Sales Managers (Mr. Jason) was also instrumental in setting up my deal. I appreciate their assistance and I am now the proud owner of a new Nissan Rogue!! Thanks Ancira!!

Cavender ToyotaReviews
Cavender Toyota review
My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our 2026 Tundra iForce Max TRD Pro from Cavender Toyota! We initially spoke with Rebekah Gonzales who kept us informed on the weekly pricing of the vehicle and answered all of the questions I had as I thought of them, because we couldn't look at the vehicle for almost a month after first speaking with Rebekah. Discussions with Rebekah and all of her help sent us to Cavender's where we worked with Aaron Obregon. Aaron went above and beyond to show us the vehicle we were interested in, take it for a test drive, assess our trade-in for a very reasonable trade-in value, speak clearly and to the point, ultimately selling us on the truck. We ran into a little issue that Aaron took the time to work through with us. Aaron even went to the service department to discuss the tonneau cover we wanted and determine pricing and install. Huge thank you to Rebekah Gonzales and Aaron Obregon. We really appreciated your assistance and professionalism.
