Great place to make a great deal on a new Kia Seltos EX. All of the people working there were fabulous. They took that nasty, anxious edge of buying a car and tossed it right in the garbage 🗑️ Anna was a special lady and very informative and gracious to us. She answered all questions and helped iron out various small things along our journey at Russ Darrow in Waukesha. Best Deal Ben came alongside Anna and really helped to seal this deal for us. No problem or pressure for us at all. Anna listened to our story and empathized with us. She really helped us out. Shannon in finance was terrific and she went above and beyond to assist us, explaining different items and financing options for us. GREAT experience, please give Anna the Best salesperson award for at least the month of April 2024. Thanks again for the nice experience of buying from your dealership.

During our recent visit to Russ Darrow Wauwatosa Kia to check out the pre-owned car options, I was lucky to be assisted by "Brianna Holbrook" —she was friendly, professional, and made the experience enjoyable. She was clearly invested in helping me find the right car from the very beginning, with patience and professionalism, they walked me through the vehicle’s history, specifications, and overall condition, addressing my queries with clear and honest responses, I especially appreciated their transparency about pricing and willingness to accommodate a test drive without pressure. Thanks to Brianna professionalism and friendly approach, I felt confident and well-informed throughout the process. Brianna Holbrook is an outstanding Sales & Leasing Consultant, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking reliable and supportive service. The gorgeous Ford Edge SE is finally here! Huge Thanks to RUSS DARROW WAUWATOSA KIA.

2025 Kia K4 review
I purchased the new 2025 Kia K4 EX during late August for my wife to help celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary, and she simply just loves driving the car with all of its modern safety high-tech features, its comfort, and impressive driving performance. I've nicknamed the car "The Batmobile" with its Aurora Black Pearl exterior paint and stylish features that make this car stand out from other sedans that are in the cost-effective $20,000 - $30,000 price range. Plenty of room inside the car, a quiet smooth ride, and adequate acceleration whenever may be needed (e.g., entering onto a highway). The car comes with Kia's standard 5 year, 60,000 mile full warrantee, and 10 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warrantee which is still very generous of KIa.

CarMax Kenosha review
We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Driven Auto of WaukeganReviews
Driven Auto of Waukegan review
I purchased a beautiful Ford Excursion from Driven Auto of Waukegan last month, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Oscar was my salesman, and he was excellent. He kindly sent every photo and video I requested and was incredibly thorough, patient, and prompt in responding to all of my questions and concerns. At no point did he pressure me to make a quick purchase, which I truly appreciated. He is a wonderful asset to the team. We also spoke with Dave and Andy, managers at Driven Auto, several times, and they went above and beyond to review and resolve an after-purchase hiccup. Their willingness to help and make things right meant a great deal to us. I can’t thank the Driven Auto of Waukegan team enough for their help throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I really just went in on a Hope & a Prayer! Single father of 3 and I need a vehicle that was safe , reliable and fit our needs as a family The Salesman Mr Worm was brimming with confidence that they could get it done My credit was Very Challenging. As long as I provided bank statements, ID, and proof of address they were able to put me in a beautiful 2019 Buick Encore!
