Rosie in the service department was very friendly and professional. I did not have an appointment but Rosie reassured me that my car would still be serviced and she made sure I was taken care of. Robbins Chevrolet is fortunate to have such a compassionate associate on their team! Thank you very much Rosie!

Driver's Mart SanfordReviews
Driver's Mart Sanford review
Overall good experience. Good selection of vehicles and no pressure. Able to test drive and compare and pricing is competitive. One thing you may want to do is have the car examined by a mechanic before purchasing; or have it done in the return window (which is 5 calendar days or 300 miles). Bringing my 2014 RAV4 into Tuffy Auto and as I heard a noise and turns out that the rotors are shot. New brake pads had been thrown in, however generally when new brakes are put in the rotors are changed and they were not. There was evidence there had been metal on metal and the rotor had a ridge, indicating wear. They also recommended brake fluid flush. The other service done on the vehicle was up to date and notes minor crash. I had to pay an extra $1,000 for the brake / rotor work and brake fluid flush. They would not chip in for any of it. Still feel like it is a good deal at this point. Cannot comment on trade in or finance, as I paid cash. They did try to recommend some service contracts, which I rejected; they were a lot of money.
2021 Kia K5 review
I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

Kevin was an excellent car salesperson, immediately made the buying process smooth and easy. Never had to negotiate prices as they offered excellent prices from the beginning without car dealership markups and random fees. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Great salesperson and car dealership.

Absolutely one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. The service department is amazing. Organized. Honest. Efficient. Great communicators. We truly appreciate everything they have done to keep our Kia Sorento in top shape. We will be buying a new car soon, and knowing the service department is so great will weight heavily into our decision.
