Just wanted to leave a 5 star review about Yonkers Kia. I worked with Guillermo Rijo who really hustled to get me the EV6 that I wanted before the end of the EV tax rebate this September. He managed to do it, working together with their showroom manager, Michael Romano. The two of them hooked me up with an excellent EV6 Wind that was better than what I expected for a leasing price that was more than fair. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciate the effort they put into the whole process. As the days go bye, my wife and I are liking the car more and more. It’s a fantastic vehicle and represents an excellent alternative to the Tesla Model 3 I was driving before. I brought my 2020 Telluride in for recall work. The experience was excellent, from booking the appointment, to picking the car up. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and the drop box was easy to use. The service department called me mid-morning to let me know they had the car in and when I could pick it up. When I got there, the car was ready, they had also done the inspection, which I had forgot was due, AND they had washed the car. Everyone I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Kia of Middletown!

I want to be clear that this review is specifically about the service department (I’m currently dealing with a separate issue in the finance department). The service team was excellent. I brought my car in for an oil change and a recall related to the dashboard, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. On top of that, my Kia wheel lock key had gotten bent, and they didn’t hesitate to step in and help. They removed the wheel locks and replaced them with my factory lug nuts without any hassle. They truly went above and beyond, were friendly, and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend their service department if you need maintenance or recall work done.

Got my Kia Forte from them in 2021. Was contacted to come in to complete a free campaign recall on my vehicle & the process was easy. I made my appointment through text messaging and my car was taken care of with no problems. Everyone was kind and helpful at the dealership.
