"I had the best experience with Sharleen Macias! "Great experience! The staff is very knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable and transparent. Sharleen, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and honest. Sharleen was not only great at what she does, but also honest and genuinely kind. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here, and I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Thank you for providing such superior service!" Hope Sharlene's work ethics don't go unnoticed..
2022 Kia K5 review
This is my 3rd KIA I have owed. They all have been excellent cars and mechanically sound including my K-5 except for my 2015 Kia Forte which which threw a piston rod. This was related to a recall which occurred in 2014 on the engine that was in my forte I believe and had the same symptoms as was described in recall. I was not granted a credit for that car which was upsetting. Other than that I am very happy with my Kia’s and my K-5.

2023 Kia K5 review
I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Hello, I would like to take the time to acknowledge Sharleen Macias. I recently had an outstanding experience with my service advisor Sharleen Macias, and I feel it’s important to recognize the level of professionalism and care I received. From the moment I arrived, she was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure all of my concerns were heard and addressed. Sharleen took the time to clearly explain the services needed, provided honest recommendations, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured—just well-informed and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Her communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed on time. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction the way she does. Sharlene’s dedication, transparency, and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her if anyone is looking for reliable and exceptional service. Please let me know you have any questions or concerns. Sincerely a happy customer 😊

I had a wonderful experience communicating this dealership recently. Even though I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, the team treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. There was absolutely no sales pressure, which made my browsing experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer all of my questions via texts and emails. Also, gave me the space to make my own decision. I highly recommend this Kia Cerritos to anyone looking for a relaxed, professional car-shopping experience!
2025 Kia K5 review
I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

For the money, probably the best car I've owned. For the price, value for dollar, it's unbeatable. Excellent safety features, great fuel economy, unbeatable warranty, and comfortable. 2022 Kia K5 review
Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Hassle free experience. Wasn’t pressured to buy anything right away. Lot was clean and was easy to walk through to see the inventory.
2024 Kia K5 review
Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

Car Pros Kia GlendaleReviews
Car Pros Kia Glendale review
There is a reason that this Kia dealership is #1 in the entire country! I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how professional, well-informed, kind, and accommodating the entire Kia team is. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. I left the dealership with a brand new K5 GT Line, with a fabulous price that we were able to work out together with the help of their awesome general manager, Mohamed Kharboush. I also have to thank Assem who assisted with finding the best price, and Jack from finance who were extremely helpful during signing all the final forms. THANK YOU KIA GLENDALE FOR ANOTHER AWESOME LEASE!!

Got a wonderful used Fiat from Chris. The experience was good and got in and out in under 3 hours. From stepping on the lot to driving away. Was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had.

Good Experience. Good Service. Helpful Representatives. Able to answer all my questions. Assisted in transferring to Arizona Carmax.
2024 Kia K5 review
My wife and I extremely enjoy our new 2024 K5 Ex purchased courtesy’s of Waylan Hubbard sales representative and the LAWTON KIA TEAM in OKLAHOMA. We especially enjoy the KIA Access mobile remote options! The gas mileage, reliability, performance modes, luxury, Bose stereo system, interior & exterior design is beyond words! I would recommend this automobile over Cadillac, Lexus, and Jaguar being a previous owner of each including the 1998 Concours Deville and 2003 Escalade. The 2024 K5 rates a 4.9 by TruCar ratings over the 2024 Tesla Model 3 receiving a 4.5 rating, also over the 2024 Cadillac CT4 receiving a 4.6 rating. Our Black K5 Ex with Lexani Diablo rims and low profile tires added can be viewed courtesy of Audio City USA website in the search gallery option. Thank you once again Lawton KIA and Audio City USA!

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
