We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. He really cares about his customers, and takes you through the process with ease. The finance guy was very nice and efficient. WE were not in there for hours. I highly recommend Shadi and Rodeo if you are in the market for a Kia. The whole process was 1.5 hours. Thank you all.

Came in to test drive (what I thought) would be a car I wouldn’t be interested in. Left knowing I would be closing a deal within a few days. Worked with Serina…she was great! Between her effort and drive to help me find a car - it made this process very easy. She even went the extra mile (or so) to have a car brought up from another dealership (not so local). Her and her teammates were very nice and a pleasure to do business with.

Going to any dealership - especially for service - can be overwhelming … I often feel I get mistaken for being a child and or portrayed as being naive and sometimes it is reflected in how I’m treated in service driven industries … Recently I took my brand new vehicle in for service and Chris was hands down, one of the best service experiences I have ever had. He was immediately aware and attentive, respectful, extremely easy, comfortable, and authentic to talk to; he made me feel as if I mattered without the slightest threat of any possible hidden agendas, and it’s people like him and interactions like this that remind me there is still good in this world - thank you so so much Avondale Rodeo Kia - you have an amazing staff ! Thank you Chris ! 💜

Zachary and Sam were absolutely awesome from start to finish! They helped us get into our brand-new 2026 Kia K4 and somehow managed to make the whole car-buying process actually enjoyable, which I’m pretty sure deserves an award by itself. Zachary was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He answered every question we threw at him, kept everything straightforward, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire deal before we drove off. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re preparing for battle, but with Zachary it felt more like hanging out with someone who just happened to know everything about cars and paperwork. 😂 We absolutely love our new K4, and Sam and Zachary played a huge part in making the experience such a good one. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for them. Give these guys a raise before another dealership steals them! 10/10 experience. Would absolutely buy from here again!

Mark KiaReviews
Mark Kia review
Robert Lemon helped us buy a Kia Sportage today. He was amazing! We were there for many hours and he was so patient in helping us find the right car in the color that we wanted. He brought up several cars for us to test drive to and/or to look at. He was so good with us. When we finally made the decision as to which car to buy, it went very quickly. Robert put forth so much effort in making us feel happy and satisfied, and showing us how the car worked…(we’re older people ha!) We were so pleased. The whole experience could not have been better. Thank you to Robert Lemmon!! We highly recommend going to Mark Kia. By the way, we went to several other Kia dealerships and had the best service here.

Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Sands KiaReviews
Sands Kia review
I had a fantastic experience leasing my 2026 Kia EV9 from Sand Kia. My salesperson, Gonzo, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. As a parent, it meant a lot that he took the time to show my family the vehicle and even let me take it home to test how well it fit our needs—especially making sure our Wonderfold wagon and car seats worked with the layout. Once my family gave their stamp of approval, I headed back to the dealership and found all the paperwork ready to go. Gonzo made the process seamless, and Sand Kia put together a great lease deal for us. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service and flexibility, and I’d absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Kia!

Easily the best buying experience I've ever gone through. I knew what I wanted, I knew what I wanted to pay, and I was in and out in 2 hours, trading in my old lease for a new one I loved. Thank you to Matt V for helping me find the perfect car for me, Blake for working with me on numbers, and Tim for being a badass and helping me fill out all the paperwork in record time. Will definitely be back here for my next car, too.

There is a reason that this Kia dealership is #1 in the entire country! I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at how professional, well-informed, kind, and accommodating the entire Kia team is. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. I finally had the chance to check out some cars and was helped out by Rick at every step of the process to find the perfect car. I left the dealership with a brand new K5 GT Line, with a fabulous price that we were able to work out together with the help of their awesome general manager, Mohamed Kharboush. I also have to thank Assem who assisted with finding the best price, and Jack from finance who were extremely helpful during signing all the final forms. THANK YOU KIA GLENDALE FOR ANOTHER AWESOME LEASE!!

We bought our KIA last year (2024) with a package of free oil change, 4times/year. Since then I been at Kia xxxxxxGlendale 3times for oil change. The service is great! It goes smooth, easy and for free! :) They never tried to put on me any kind of an extra charge. Their service is always professional and correct! I'm very satisfied with KIA xxxxxxat Glendale.

I’m the client for this location for the last 12 years and although there are other different cars in the market , I always go with Kia and the only reason is that this place has the best and most reliable service department. They are simply the best, for them you are not just a subject to bill, they listen they try to find a way to make you more comfortable and less effected by costs. All of this is happening because of the service manager Mr. Raymond ! He is the guy that you want to take over your issues and concerns about your vehicle in a very professional and human way that is possible. If you are tired and anxious about how you got treated in other locations please just visit this place for once even for a simple oil change and you will thank me later. Thank you guys and specially Mr. Raymond for all you are doing there🙏🙏👍👍
