2016 Kia Optima review
Apart from the navigation system not working correctly, there have been no problems in nearly 40000 Km. The mileage on the Hybrid appears to have changed when the system was reprogrammed, the short journey (under 2 Km) economy when new was around 6-6.5 L/100 Km it now runs about 8-9\L/100Km. On longer trips I get the lower figure stated. Is this normal? My opinion of the car otherwise is fantastic, it is comfortable with vivid acceleration good road holding and relaxing to drive.

We traded our 2010 Subaru Forester for a 2016 Subaru Outback. The entire process took about two hours and was hassle free. This included test driving the Outback (while they we doing the appraisal on the Forester), transferring plates, taking care of payment, etc. They make car buying a breeze!
2015 Kia Optima review
There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

2020 Kia Optima review
We love our 2020 Optima. So much for the $$. Good size, ride, and ample features including safety for the money. 2nd owner and my daughters commute to college at 34-35 mpg which is good for this size car. Unfortunately too many have engine failure with 2.4L (8-10k replacement) and nearing 60k warranty end I'm going to trade for a Honda or Toyota rather than roll the dice. A shame they can't provide a bulletproof engine with an otherwise awesome car!!

Bought my 2015 LX with 88k miles. Now it has 144,000 and the only thing I've had to change so far are the tires and oil. This car has been more than reliable. I wish I had the turbo AWD version tho.

Certainly! Here's a review you can use for your experience at Auto Group of Manassas, Virginia: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently purchased a used car from Auto Group of Manassas, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through their extensive inventory with patience. The sales person (Dena) was knowledgeable and transparent about each vehicle's condition and history, which made me feel confident in my purchase. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and they were more than willing to answer all of my questions. When I finally decided on the perfect car, the paperwork was handled efficiently, allowing me to drive away with my vehicle in no time. I also received a walkthrough of the car's features, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, my experience at Auto Group of Manassas was top-notch! I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.
2018 Kia Optima review
Just traded in my 2013 for a 2018 with less than 18,000 miles on it. I loved my Optima and wanted another. This one is nice, but missing the heated steering wheel my other EX had. I like the looks of the cabin on my 2013 better than this one, but it’s not bad. It’s a smooth comfortable ride, good on gas and has some nice safety features. Definitely not disappointed.

Hi Amir Khan, From our initial interaction to the moment I drove off the lot, your professionalism and dedication were evident. You made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Your knowledge about the vehicle, including its features and history, was impressive, and your transparency in answering all my questions instilled confidence in my decision to purchase. Moreover, your approach to negotiation was fair and respectful. You listened to my concerns and preferences, and we were able to reach a mutually beneficial agreement without any pressure. I truly appreciate your patience and willingness to accommodate my needs throughout the negotiation process. Additionally, I would like to thank you for your post-sale assistance. You took the time to explain the warranty coverage and provided valuable insights into ongoing maintenance recommendations, which have been incredibly helpful. The only negative is your pricing online needs to be more clear about the advertised discounts. Dr. Irshad

These guys are very professional and give good advise to buyers. They don’t force what they want you to buy they let you decide independently and then give honest professional advice on your choice of vehicle and also clear guidelines on registration and after sales support. Being new to Maryland this has stood out for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely be making them my first choice whenever I’m on the market for anything motor vehicle related. Keep it up guys.

Outside of a few repairs it has performed flawlessly. The leather seats cracked well before 60kmi, and we're not covered under warranty. Multiple paint chips at the very edge of the hood, but overall very satisfied. I'm hard on my cars and this one has performed very well.

I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!
2017 Kia Optima review
This document has been formatted to fit your brain’s thinking capacity: It has been shrunk! How’s that for a catchy opening to my 2016 Kia Optima LX review at Edmunds? OK, for starters this has to be world’s most misleading and diminutive review ever printed because it is simply about test driving the specified car right out of and back to the selling dealership in Rochester, Minnesota, USA. Yeah, that’s right my friends and foes, I test drove this car a few hours ago with my wife on the passenger seat up and down US Highway 52 North, inner-city driving, and all the while fooling around with buttons and controls I practically knew nothing about. That was a rush, especially when several State Patrol officers were carefully watching my somewhat erratic “maneuvers” but thankfully they let us go unimpeded. So, what about this car’s appearance, performance, comfort, price / quality ratio and the like? Who cares, right! Let me simply state that during both occasions (interspersed an hour while testing a second and a third vehicle (02 Forte FE / LX models) everything was nearly perfect except when I was fast reducing speed to exit the road but suddenly accelerated to match traffic and I felt a bump from the engine as if it did not know exactly what to do, either coast some more or speed up. This happened very fast; I then tried to replicate the same conditions somewhat to maybe better diagnose the problem but it never reoccurred. Simply put the car’s overall feel is outstanding, with abundant and notable (i.e. very useful) equipment and features galore. I am the world’s greatest copycat artist, designer, and undeclared-non-long-bearded-revolutionary-of-sorts so this particular car fits my wits beyond perfect and with unreal finesse. You want to know what else could be considered a quirk, a nuisance, and / or an undesirable trait within this ride? Well, keep asking, see if that brain finally stretches somewhat; but truthfully I have no answers for any of you. I believe there aren’t any to that idyllic question. Getting the car on the real road world in a couple days after arranging finance; my wife (who inspiringly made the decision to buy it) is also going to enjoy this little, friendly beast. They routinely say the world is filling with idiots fast; luckily, my pitiful understanding of society’s moronic situation and perceived woes should also help in this murky area: And why not, the more idiots out there, the greater chances to step up in this barren world of ours and beyond… It’s a dichotomy worth living ad infinitum, if we may.

Waited & got what I wanted, picked out! 🤗🤗The entire team at SMH Auto Sales is awesome!! they’ve helped me with everything over the years. From financing and service to body work and customization (they even helped me get my CT6 completely blacked out 🔥), they always go above and beyond. The owners are super nice, easy to talk to, and genuinely care about making sure you’re happy. If you’re looking for a dealership that stays with you long after the sale , this is it. I've had my Optima for nearly a year now and nothing bad has happened so far, in 10 months I've put on 13,000 miles; from 74,000-87,000 miles and I haven't experienced a single issue. It looks good, runs reliably, and is comfortable on long drives. However, I feel that the acceleration is a little slow but hey, I'm 19, every teenager wants fast, but I'm really happy with my Optima and I definitely recommend it!

2016 Kia Optima review
So my car is a 2016 Kia Optima SX 2.0 Turbo GDI. I bought it with just under 60K miles and am just below 85K now. It was burning oil, but once I replaced my pvc or pcv valve ($30 at O'Reilly's), runs like a peach. So uniquely updated and ahead of the game for a 2016. Tough saying if I would recommend it because a quick google search will tell you that the car will probably give out at 150K miles. Transmission is probably the worst I've ever felt but it hasn't given out yet. OEM blow off valve thing is sick.

I originally bought my Optima for Ubering. It did it's job well and has great MPG. For being a base model, it's fairly equipped with a touch screen and bluetooth connection. The engine was reliable and and well-equipped for what I needed it for. Nothing besides regular maintenance was ever required.

2016 Kia Optima review
We bough this car used in August from a Nissan dealer. There were some hidden problems that unfortunately the dealer did not disclose right away. Window regulator apparently are a problem with this car as well as engine burning oil prematurely. I performed a two-day cylinder soak and upgraded to a higher quality oil and the oil burning is no longer an issue. Apart from these problems, the car has been great for us. No other issues and the EX version is really loaded (it even has ventilated seats). Multimedia gets slow after being updated, be aware. But updates adds some features like, for example, lowering the fan speed when you get a call or ask to read a message. It is compatible with android auto and apple car play, not wireless but you can get one of those adapters.

CarMax East Haven review
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
2020 Kia Optima review
164,000 miles no issues. Car services me well. The oil usage is slight. I would get another, but KIA doesn't make them anymore. My commute is about 1 hr one way.

CarMax Rochester review
We are from CNY and drove to Rochester Carmax. Every bit of dealing with this dealership was fantastic! They are professional, knowledgeable and put the customer first. Their manager is top notch. When searching for your next vehicle go the extra mile and go to ROCHESTER Carmax. Also, needed to have car serviced for small issue during 90 day warranty. Service depot. Is top notch, dealt with issue immediately, thoroughly and extremely professional..
2020 Kia Optima review
Loved the Optima after upgrading from a Forte due to highway issues with it. Lots of room, dashboard has all the bells & whistles you could want. Quick pickup, gas mileage is great if you aren't using the A/C which burns gas fast. It's a great car and I loved it! Unfortunately turning it in after nearly 3 years due to mechanical issues. Battery went after 1 year of use, starter just went on it 2 days ago, collision warning system keeps shutting down while just driving with error message. Everything was covered under warranty, but I never had these fast problems with my Toyota's. Trading it in tomorrow for something else. Plus they did away with the Optima line.

CarMax White MarshReviews
CarMax White Marsh review
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.
2020 Kia Optima review
I got the 2020 KIA Optima S trim. The car is great! This is my first car and the safety features helps me out a lot. The backup camera works really well thankfully because I can’t see see anything out the back window lol. I’m in the military so I drive her around a little more often than usual. The car holds up well. The car is very comfortable as well I drive her back home (15hrs) and have no issues at all. The fuel economy is great as well get around 530 miles on a full tank. The car is not a race car so I wouldn’t expect that kind of performance. That being said she is pretty fast and handles great! I got mine in 2021 for about $24k with around 23k miles on it. For the money I’d definitely say it’s worth it.

Lease Return CenterReviews
Lease Return Center review
This weekend I visited the Lease Return Center to purchase a truck, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how busy the dealership was. Surprisingly, there were only two salespeople working at the time, and David was one of them. Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Management should be proud to have someone like him representing their dealership. I will absolutely be recommending this location — and especially David — to friends and family. -Thanks David!
2019 Kia Optima review
This is now the second optima I have owned and I have to say that I am truly impressed with how KIA has improved over the years. The leg room in this car is fantastic and it's quite comfortable on long rides. Handles nice, has nice acceleration, rides smooth, it's great on fuel, and has very few problems. The interior gets some criticism from some consumers but what I love about it is that it sacrifices flashy exotic dashboard designs for genuine comfort and space. I would argue that the value of the newer optima models exceeds that of the almighty Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I literally love driving this car and I miss it when I'm riding in someone else's car. The only issue I ever had was with my last optima, which was a knock sensor issue. Kia fixed it free of charge rather quickly and gave me no problems at all about it. My current one has over 50k miles and runs like brand new. You can't even feel the motor running when it's idling. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for more bang for their buck and for anyone who has 1-2 kids.

Premier Automotive review
We bought a Tesla from Premier and it was a good experience. Everyone was helpful and treated us well. We live 5 hours away so it took a bunch of phone calls and communication to get the deal done, but Patrick did a great job. They were able to get us great financing as well. I would buy here again!
2018 Kia Optima review
I just purchased a 2018 Kia optima from a used dealership at first I was concerned. But it only has 48,000 miles on it. Now 51,000 I always thought Kia was a girl car. But as a man. I love it. It has plenty room in the back. The car runs smoothly and I like the safety alert it gives when another vehicle is to close on you. I didn't want to drive it to work but the gas mileage is much better than my 2004 Ford escape . I've had my Kia almost a month now and I'm still trying to figure out how to work the features. Yes I recommend this car. Even if you get one with 100,000 miles on it. It would still run great

2015 Kia Optima review
I don't ever write reviews, but will now. I've had this 2015 optima ex turbo 1.4 yrs and really performs well! Smooth ride and not bad on gas. Have had no engine problems. No issues but little head space in cabin . Anyone over 5 10 is in trouble. It feels solid/safe driving. The turbo really moves when power is needed.
