So this will be my second car from Coulter nissan in surprise that I have bought. Everytime they're so pleasant and relaxed. Jan Lieberman was my sales pro and I will forever go back to him. Straightforward, honest and great communicator. I took a couple days to consider options and had him ride around in several vehicles with me. He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Grateful for Jan, Justin and Leon for all they did and the promises they kept. My family will definitely be returning to them!
I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.
Peoria KIA should suggest to customers that they inspect their new vehicle while taking delivery. My vehicle has a dent in the rear that I did not notice because the salesman focused on interior features. That day was hot and humid, very uncomfortable, and the delivery process took place in the hot sun. Earnhardt Hyundai, where I bought a G90 last August, delivers vehicles in a comfortable garage setting while encouraging buyers to inspect their new vehicle. Peoria KIA should do something similar.
From start to finish these guys were great! Super thankful I ran into Rudi over at Larry Miller Dodge. While making the deal he walked me through and introduced me to everyone over at the Larry Miller family. Hand shakes, smiles and great deals is what these guys are all about. I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Anyone that has ever purchased a vehicle from a dealership knows the nightmare it can be. The long grueling hours, the back and forth negotiations not to mention hit after hit on your credit. I've been there many times in my life and hated every minute. But that was NOT the case here. This was absolutely the BEST car buying experience ever!!!! I never even had to go to the dealership. We managed the whole deal over the website and phone, during my lunch break. I told them the terms I was hoping to get (not really expecting to get them), and within less then an hour it was done! Then as if that wasn't already awesome, they brought the car and the paperwork to me and within 20 minutes, BAM, DONE! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these guys! Major kudos to Tyler, he rocks!
I had been searching for a while for a specific vehicle for my 18 year old (Kia Soul). We found one at a very unexpected dealership, Mercedes Benz of Chandler. Ed Riddle contacted me immediately and upon visiting the lot to check the vehicle, Ed was very helpful and made the decision to buy from him very easy. No pressure, were treated as if we were buying a Benz and not a Kia. Great experience.
