I had a FANTASTIC experience at Spradley's. Luke Romine had all the time in the world for me. He answered all my questions. Took the car for a test drive. Larry Mondragon, sales Manager, was very professional. John B. Secora ll was fantastic, found the best loan for me--saved me a lot of money. They gave me a tour of the parts department & the service area that was very clean. I brag about Luke, Larry & John to all my family & friends.. I am very happy with the staff & I LOVE MY CAR !!!!!

Our shopping experience was very pleasant accompanied by lots of laughter !!!! Jay, our salesman was very accommodating and continues to be such. John was also very helpful as well. The entire staff was friendly. I now feel quite at home at Spradley's.
We have never received such prompt service in all the years of our car buying..this team is ranked A+ in our shopping book. We have supported Spradley Autos in the past, but we will continue to buy only from Spradley Kia..
Jerry Cordova by far out of any salesmen I have every worked with had every question answered with definition and explanation.
Did not pressure me one time and got me from the truck I wanted to the actual truck I needed and wanted. I recommend to go to south west motors and see Jerry Cordova for your next vehicle. Very thankful Jerry.
Mike Peterson was our salesman. He approached us promptly & was helpful in determining exactly what kind of vehicle we were looking for. It took a little time, but we are happy with the Toyota Camry he found for us. Also, your entire staff was friendly, courteous & personable. The whole overall experience is one that you should take great pride in. We felt comfortable & not pushed or rushed. That's important to us. Keep up the good work. My engine was destroyed from internal water pump breaking. Eric in service department went to bat for me dealing with warranty company and got me best outcome of a stressful situation. He was relentless with them. Thank you Eric!
My daughter went on her first car buying trip alone. She went to look at a Toyota Yaris. She was told it was not available because it needed a computer and when repaired the price would be $2000 more. She came home with a very nice 2007 Lincoln MKZ. The car had a couple problems that the dealership fixed but one they did not. The window sticker displayed the features of the car, one of them being heated seats. The heated seats worked for the test drive but not later. They were worked on twice and functioned once after each repair. I called the service department, which was very helpful and professional, and was told the car needed a heated seat module connector and a heated seat module. The Sales Department told the Service Department not to replace the parts.. If the Sales Department knew parts were needed and they were not going to fix the seats the least they could have done was let my daughter know so she could have had it fixed during the three days it was in their facility having the other repairs made. I would recommend the Service Department but not the Sales Department. My son drives Fords and after this experience with the Sales Department is looking in Colorado Springs for a new car.
Steve Salazar is probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He even sent a Christmas card to see how my vehicle was doing thus far. Even got me an extra key for my Chrysler Aspen. This guy is amazing. The buying process could not have been more satisfying. You need a new or used car? Then go see Steve Salazar at Spradley.
I just bought a Mazda CX5 2015 from Spradley Kia Mazda in Pueblo. I was so impressed by Spradley's service from Annette who continually answered my questions by email/phone before coming in and Jillian who found the car I wanted and worked the numbers to what I could afford. Then John in finance made the paperwork go smoothly and easily. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations; I would even return for all my maintenance needs in the future even though I don't live in Pueblo. I highly recommend going to Spradley Kia Mazda! Excellent customer service!
I didn't make it in to the location but I am basing this off of customer service I received emailing back and forth with a sales associate on a used vehicle. Responses were quick and I would definitely look there for a vehicle in the future.
