Went from an Audi to Kia Stinger, very happy with the process. Alexander Wallace was very helpful and respectful, didn't constantly call and harass annoyingly. Time was set to meet and we did. Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
Just a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional.
