His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. I also want to mention that the entire team was helpful and chill. They laid out all my options clearly, but I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t need - whether in sales or finance. On top of getting a great deal and financing, they even delivered my car to my home, 90 minutes away. They offered this service, all I had to say yes. My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
