I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Only downside if you aren't ready for it, is the wait times. Appointment was for 10am, and I left around noon, so roughly a 2 hour wait. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape!
