2020 Kia Sorento review
6cyl has good power and acceleration. Sun roof motor failed on me even though I barely used it. Costly to replace. Oil pressure switch failed on me. About a $30 part but $1400 to replace because it’s difficult and time consuming to replace. Third seat not really usable but I only needed the space for hauling. Overall a decent vehicle.

If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. 2020 Kia Sorento review
Absolutely love our Kia Sorento EX V6 AWD 2020. We've owned it for 3 years and it has 46K on it. Regular oil changes and just did brakes, and that's it! With all the bells and whistles I got with my trim, panoramic sunroof, adaptive cruise control, Lane assist, blind spot monitoring, auto lift trunk gate..i would have paid 5-8K more to get into a Toyota Hylander or Honda Pilot. With best in class warranty, I'll take my chances. Plus the suv drives so smooth, like a car, tons of pick up. Really shocked to see the latest reveiws aren't great on the sorento, but honestly I think it's their 4 cylinder engine that's the issue, their 6 cylinders have been excellent, stick with the better trims

2020 Kia Sorento review
Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

2020 Kia Sorento review
Except for a couple pesky electronics recall issues due primarily to lack of parts or a fix plan we love our V6 AWD Sorento. We've had it as a lease for nearly 4 years and plan to keep it when the lease term is up. Best in class towing capacity for an SUV no longer available in any model.

2020 Kia Sorento review
I have had to replace the battery twice since New one I don't know why but the warranty and extended gold warranty have got me covered until 130k miles so I feel good. Recalls easily handled for Free at the dealership so no big deal very happy. Hope to still be happy ten years from now when my kid is driving to high school in it.
