2022 Kia Sorento review
With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

Right away, I met sales representative Christopher Chavous (everyone calls him Chris). He was patient, professional, and didn’t bombard me with unnecessary questions or personal info. He showed me the Crosstrek I was interested in, sat with me for two detailed test drives, and explained all the features thoroughly. The standout moment? Chris gave me the true out-the-door price immediately—no games, no surprises, exactly matching the online listing with zero hidden fees. In an industry full of tricks, this level of honesty instantly built trust, which is everything when buying a car. After some fair negotiation, the manager approved a solid discount, and we sealed the deal that same day. This is our second Kia but my first time doing business with Scott Kia. We loved our Kia Soul but traded up as soon as the AWD Seltos was available. After all too many dealership nightmares I actually started getting service at Pep Boys. There were some recalls I had held off on because of those nightmares, but I decided to fight the traffic congestion and give Scott a try. I'm glad I did! Everything was straight forward and honest, at a reasonable price. Very professional from start to finish. Examples of other dealer encounters were petty things like being charged $3 every time for windshield washer fluid even when the reservoir was filled to the top when I took it in, not rotating tires (confirmed because I had marked each wheel before service), needing a front end alignment on my second service and getting it back with the steering wheel off center without any documentation of before and after measurements, plus more. I found Scott Kia to be a pleasant surprise and will continue my service with them as long as I own a Kia. I do wish they were a little larger and had more inventory. But as far as service goes, I will recommend this business to anyone, Professional, honest, and fairly priced.
2022 Kia Sorento review
Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I enjoy the ride in my Sorrento . This one is loaded and still learning ! I am only 4 11’, The seats I have are designed for a taller person .. so more options to fit a short stature person would be great . But I love my car …receive a-lot of compliments.

The Kia I purchased was the exterior color I wanted (dark interstellar gray exterior, with light gray interior) the Kia down the road had the interior blue seat color I wanted (but with a very light silver exterior, I didn't want a light exterior). I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! I'm so happy with all the features – the panoramic sunroof, the premium sound system, the comfortable leather seats, and the advanced driver-assistance systems. I feel incredibly safe and secure on the road, knowing that my family and I are protected by the Sorento's cutting-edge safety technology. It's a fantastic vehicle that exceeds all my expectations, and I'm so grateful to Luiz and the entire team at Gateway Kia for making this such a positive and memorable experience.
