This Review is on service advisor Joe who I can categorize without any hesitation as being the absolute professional best I have dealt with at LHM Toyota on Alameda NE Albuq, NM or any other dealer. I had an Appointment on March 12 2024 @ 1pm for an oil change with advisor named Angel. Angel was a no show at work due to being sick. An anonymous employee tried to find an advisor that wasn’t totally booked for the entire day to no avail. Mr Sanchez took over and got me written advising also that he would see me thru the entire service. What a stress reliever that was! To have someone like Mr. Sanchez to look out for customers like that has to make for a well oiled machine. Definitely a 10 Star employee and one happy customer! 2023 Kia Sorento review
My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I went to Santa Fe Kia to LOOK at the Kia Soul and left WITH a Kia Soul, which I love. The salesman was extremely courteous, answered all of my questions, assisted me with any help I needed (I am arthritic, and have issues with getting in and out of vehicles) and made me feel 'special.' I told him which Kia Soul I liked, and he took me out for a short drive, then had me drive the vehicle, again, answering questions. He was very much a gentleman and made sure I understood the great pricing that was available for me and the financing. I couldn't have been happier. The financial guy was also very gracious, and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase - not leading me astray, but answering questions truthfully. What a great experience I had with my purchase, all the way around. Congratulations, Santa Fe Kia.
2023 Kia Sorento review
The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.
