Car broke down for the last time, decided I needed to get a new-ish car and tried my luck with a place that offered no money down leases/financing. Found a 2011 Kia Soul in their used car inventory and started an email exchange with an agent (Amanda) to determine if I was eligible. After a few hours replying back and forth (had to sneak chances in between work stuff) I was given an offer and as soon as I got to the dealership I knew I made the right choice. The car was even better in person, another agent (Elijah) went over the features and was with me for the test drive (we both bonded over Jersey City living, it was great). Andrew was the final agent of the day and went over my payments and warranty. I honestly thought it would be a worse process especially for my first car, but it was nothing like the horror stories you hear about. As for the Kia Soul itself? It is a great drive and looks amazing. I've named her Scary Cherry and I love her.

Even though my car was only in for some recalls I was treated very well. Our service guy, Mike was extremely helpful in getting my care done quickly and didn't push any other services on me, he did mention to me the the car needed an oil change and filter but since my daughter uses the car I was unaware of it. They offer you free drinks and food while you wait, even lunch sandwiches!!! If my daughter ever wanted another Kia, this is the place to come to.
Bruno Lee was an amazing sales representative. He catered to all of our needs and concerns. He gave his honest opinions and was also very translucent with me and my husband. The manager Sam was extremely wise and negotiated with the model and price of the car. Wilson which is the financer was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. This dealership is a must go to place! This was our first time leasing and we couldn't ask for a more suited professional dealership.
My car shopping experience once again was excellent at Jack Daniels Kia. I have purchased 5 Kia???s now from salesman Will Ihamid, he is always fair and works to get the best price around. Jack Daniels Kia has always given the best prices around for a Kia. Top notch establishment.

Amazing service experience....This is my second Kia, both leased from Yonkers Kia. After mediocre buying experience and horrible service experience to fix issues with new vehicle, gave White Plains Kia a shot for 6-month/3,000 mile service....Appointment scheduling was a piece of cake, check-in was easy and pleasant, waiting area was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Approx. 90 minutes for service was amazing! Will definitely bring back in the future!
Traded my leased 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer for the amazing 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse. This is my second time doing business with this dealership and the experience is better than before. I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.
I usually do not write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with the staff of Island Mazda in Staten Island. For many years I have been leasing from Honda and had no intention of switching but after a stressful day of going from one dealership to another, I decided to stop by Island Mazda before calling it a day at the suggestion of my dad. I'm now very thankful that I did. Freddy Bosco was beyond friendly and personable. Both Freddy and the manager Mike are hilarious with big personalities. They are genuine, professional guys who made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I was given a great deal and am more than happy with the car I ended up with. Even after all the paperwork was signed and we were about to leave, Freddy got in the car with us to show us everything again and make sure no questions were left unanswered. This is my first Mazda and I couldn't be happier, not with just the car, but with the entire process. Freddy and Mike went above and beyond to assist me and they did it with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them to everyone due to their impeccable service.
