As I started my search for a newer truck through carfax, I found DePere Auto Center had the truck we were looking for. We sent in a request to see if it was available, and they got back to us within an hour. Phil and the team that we were able to meet were friendly and down to earth.The test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure or hassle with buying the truck form them as we would get from bigger dealerships. We even asked if we could have the truck bed to have a spray in bed liner and Phil took care of this for us. Amazed and much appreciated at the customer service we received. I know that I will be recommending DePere Auto to all my Friends and Family along with us when we need to look again.

Got there and looked at the truck. Sales person didn't have a clue about any of the details on or about the truck when I asked him questions. The questions he did answer he seemed unsure about. Was good that even though he didn't know the answer for a question he was willing to go AMD find someone who might know the answer. Paperwork went pretty quick. They weren't really willing to budge on price even though I had driven about hour and a half to get there. They did a poor job on detailing car after I made the purchase. Basically all they did was wash the car and a poor job of vacuuming. There was still dog hair on the back seats from previous owner maybe. Also center console had dirty stains they didn't even bother to clean up. Was just a hurry to get out after buying car. Probably would never go back there.
A GREAT DEALERSHIP!I bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva on 06/23/2018. Unfortunately a month after I bought it found out the Shifter assembly needed to be replaced and was not covered under warranty. The dealership took care of it at no cost and gave me a rental. I will definitely go back there again for a car and recommend them to anyone.
Recently purchased a used Pilot from Tom. Our buying and delivery experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. We were very happy and impressed with the polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff. After the 3 hour drive home I noticed a vibration in the Pilot, and after diagnosing a faulty rear driveshaft I contacted Tom. Without delay, Tom returned my call and informed me that the dealership would provide me with a brand new shaft at no cost to me. I will say that Van's stood behind their vehicle and made me a very happy customer and we will definitely be doing more business with them as my wife is a loyal CRV driver.
We were sold a car with a service contract included in the monthly payments and were nver told what the service contract costed. Just what the monthly payments were. They should disclose what the monthly payments would be then sell the extra service contracts!! It wasnt untill later that they added $3000.00 to the cost of a $11,000 car!! Without really looking at the loan contract I would have never known how much the service contract costed.
Just driving threw the Lot and they came out to me, thought I liked a Cadillac but ended up in a Buick. Great Trade value, loved the popcorn and the guy had a nickname of Givem away Randy, what an Awesome guy to deal with
I went to the dealership to purchase a new Sportage. The sales consultant was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but was very accommodating and friendly. Luckily I had done my research prior to arriving at the dealership.
My experience with purchasing my brand new 2018 Kia Soul was a pretty easy and smooth process. Everyone I worked with (Kurt, Gary, & Stephanie) we’re all very nice to me and my daughter and explained everything as we went every step of the way. We’ve even had to stop back by because this car has more technology than I’m use to and they seem truly happy to help me learn to use everything). I’m very happy with my buying experience. I bought a 2018 Kia Optima on 12-2-17 from Mo. I went to this dealership with the mindset that I wasn’t looking for anything in particular. Mo approached me almost instantly, he was very professional and willing to help me choose the right car. I told him that I was just looking, he respected that and told me he was available if I had any questions. I found the Kia Optima shortly after and asked him if I would be able to test drive it. He rode with and explained all the different features that were available in the car. After the test drive I decided this was the car for me. Throughout the whole process Mo was very helpful with any questions that I had. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and the professionalism that Mo showed from start to finish.

We purchased a 2008 Subaru from Greenville Auto. The whole experience was straightforward, transparent and hassle free. Trevor was excellent to work with. His follow-up was prompt and complete and he was fully transparent and very easy to work with.
