Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

Professional Driver says ---amazing engine performance in the SX. V-6 able to tow 5000 lbs. Eight extra gears on the handle shifter. Super bonus for driving the mountains and beach. Fun, fast and responsive handling. Roomy enough to haul furniture and heavy items. Comfortable for everyone on long haul family trips. Dealer maintenance cost is the lowest that I have ever had on any vehicle. Not a jaw dropping looking SUV but the interior ammenties will make you forget about that.

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying process was too long. The number of cars available was excellent. In general I was very pleased.

My 2019 sorento has been a strong performer with no problems at all. Spacious, comfortable and very dependable. Very happy with this SUV Engine is strong, excellent value

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

I called this dealership and spoke to Wardan the owner on a Tuesday, telling him that I was interested in one of the vehicles that he had on the lot that I wanted to purchase for my wife. I live out of town in Louisiana over 6 hours away and was not going to be able to make it to the dealership until Saturday. I asked if it would be possible for them to hold the vehicle for me to come and purchase for my wife. The dealer agreed to hold the car for me until Saturday when I could come and take a look at it. As it turned out I was able to leave by lunch time on Friday to head to Houston to be able to look at the car on Saturday. I had my wife call the dealership and explain to them that we were going to be coming in on Friday and told them what time we would be getting into town and they said that they would wait for us to arrive which was 45 minutes after their actual closing time. Upon our arrival Wardan made the car buying experience The best I have ever experienced. Once they got a copy of my driver's license my wife and I took the car for a test drive, as soon we arrive back in the parking lot Wardan met us in the parking lot. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of the questions that we had about the vehicle. We went ahead and went through with the purchase of the vehicle which was everything that my wife was looking for. We got a great vehicle at a good price. The dealership made the buying process as easy as possible. The dealership was up front about all of the history of the car and provided us a printout of the Carfax history of the vehicle. This dealer went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and the purchase of our vehicle. Before reaching out to this dealer I had read some of the negative reviews that people had posted. At first I was leery and skeptical because of these reviews. But once I contacted the dealer and spoke to Wardan myself I got the sense that he was not your average fast talking car salesman. So after making the journey from Louisiana to Houston to buy our car I will say that we experienced none of the things that other people had listed in their negative reviews, it was actually quite the opposite. In the future I would definitely return to this dealership for my used car purchases. I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy a car from these people and it was worth it. I passed up no less than 5 Hyundai dealerships to get to this one and let me tell you why. I wanted to buy my wife a Palisade. I quickly found out that Hyundai Palisades were in high demand. Most dealerships had only one or two and they were moving so fast that everyone was charging above sticker. Though everyone claimed to be offering more on trades than KBB, the first two local dealerships only offered me the bottom of the KBB range, then wanted $2,500 over sticker. One of them didn't even have a car to sell me and still wanted to sell me...I'm not sure what he was selling me. I started calling around and shopping in Houston. The first offered exactly what the local dealerships did. The second promised to beat any deal by $1,000 or more. I sent them my previous deal and they stopped returning my calls. 3 days later after several tries, no one would call me back. The third Houston dealership really did try. They gave me a great deal but the car they had didn't have exactly what we wanted. They tried to trade with other dealerships, but it never worked out. Thru that process, I ended up reaching out to Phillip Lam, one of the Texan Hyundai managers, who had me send him the details of what I wanted. He said, he would make it happen and asked me to make the trip. We drove 2-1/2" hours to see him and he did not disappoint. He ended up giving me a better deal than what I asked for. He paired me with Alan Perez and they worked really hard for our business. A lot of research and effort led me here. I hope my efforts and research can lead you there too.

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

Hyundai palisade 2023 are hard to get period, but they have great stock and of they dont have it they will get it asap. I had been looking and waiting for 2 mpnths plus. Alvaro and Esther were amazing. The whole team came together and made it happen and delivery was 3 days for my hyundai palisade xrt 2023. Black on black n they added in beautiful red calipers and tint because they r great! I love their service.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

Never felt pressured--really appreciated her honesty and patience explaining details of several options we had. She genuinely cared and was committed to meeting our needs and we feel much better knowing what is financially attainable and practical. Past experiences with other car dealerships for me have not been good and none come close to the great service she provided. Hope to lease a Corolla Cross or other hybrid soon as we're working to get our finances in order. Really appreciate her time showing the new hybrids available. Will definitely come back to see her when we are ready to move on this. Great dealership, friendly professional people there.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.
