Tom's Auto SalesReviews
Tom's Auto Sales review
Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. Crazy from Energy Illinois

Very satisfied with the customer service- my Salesman Graham @ West Scholfield & Finance man Jason. Had an earlier frustrating experience at a big dealership. Drove to West Scholfield and found my car right away. No hassels or long waiting. They were very courteous & worked with us with no pressure at all. I'm very happy with my Honda HR-V EX!

Auto Deal MakersReviews
Auto Deal Makers review
I had an excellent experience with Auto Deal Makers when purchasing my 2015 BMW! From start to finish, the team was professional, transparent, and extremely helpful. Buying a used car can sometimes feel stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and trustworthy. They provided all the details about the vehicle, answered every question patiently, and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. The BMW was in great condition, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the cars they sell. If you’re looking for honesty, great service, and a good deal—especially on premium vehicles—this is the place to go. I highly recommend Auto Deal Makers and will definitely return for future business. Thank you for the great experience and for getting me into a car I truly love!

Beaman Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Beaman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Thank you RYAN for a great experience getting my diesel ram fixed right! I came in thinking my clunking was coming from driveshaft U-Joints , But Ryan and his team were able to quickly get me in and properly diagnose and replace my front axle U-joints. While in there they also found one of the lugnuts I had repaired myself (incorrectly, thanks for the wrong part Oreilles!) and replaced it with the correct one. The wait wasn't too bad with the comfy and spacious waiting area, especially with the complimentary drinks and snacks on hand. Ill be back thanks to this positive experience at Beaman and the military discounts! Thank you for your support and quality service.

Snell Auto SalesReviews
Snell Auto Sales review
I would highly recommend Snell's auto due to great customer service - including professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful staff. Specifically, Emily Brennan and Jackie Taylor who both listened to my needs, and helped steer me away from making the wrong choice (I was looking for a "beater" truck and was prepared to spend up to about $10,000 - and I had found one online which was there when I got there, but upon seeing it, I quickly realized it was not in good condition and it wasn't the truck for me). Emily helped me talk through xxxxxxand con's of moving into a higher price range (up to $21k) and she recommended the truck that I ultimately bought (a 2012 Ram in great condition with 125k miles) and I couldn't be happier. It's everything I wanted and more, and I feel like it was a fantastic bargain. I felt valued as a customer, and I've never had a better vehicle shopping experience. They even did the license plate, title, tags, etc. all right there - I didn't even have to go to a notary. Thank you Snell - keep up the great work!

Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. I test drove 4 cars in the roasting heat but finally bought one that I love. And didn’t break the bank. Thank you for the wonderful service today guys!!!!

Bianca Vigue was an absolute pleasure to work with! She treated the experience as an exploration of the vehicle and the fun in enjoying a car for the first time. She gave us plenty of space to examine the vehicles, but she also was very knowledgeable adding very helpful information. She was sensitive to our schedules and accommodated us accordingly. I would gladly use Bianca Vigue again and highly recommend her to others!

Horning Auto Sales review
I just bought my third vehicle from Horning Auto Sales and I expect to buy more in the future. The owners, Ann and Dave , worked with me to find a vehicle, work thru multiple DMV issues and even worked with my trade in. These people are honest people who go above and beyond what any other dealership has. They even worked with me on repairs that weren't even covered under warranty.

Tom Wuebker was my salesman and did an excellent job. Tom was very friendly and honest. He sold us the truck at a very fair price and took great care of us!
2018 Kia Sportage review
I have enjoyed my kia sportage. It is reliable, and I love the heated front seats. I also like the fact that the heat can be controlled on the driver side and the front passenger side independently. It has great space in the front and back. It has a backup camera, which is a great safety feature. You can turn the awd off and on. This helps with gas mileage. I do recommend that you use a good grade of regular gas to increase gas mileage. I have found that Shell, ExxonMobil, and Costco do well in my Kia sportage. My only complaint is that the gas mileage could be a little better. However, if you use quality gas, you can better gas mileage. Overall, l would recommend the Kia Sportage.

Isaac was amazing! Roberto was extremely helpful in the financing of my new car. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. In and out in less than 3 hours!

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

I bought an older vehicle from Mitchell Motors. They had it all fixed-up nice, especially for the price. They were very honest about the condition of the vehicle, and the price was fair.
