Hank was pleasant, engaging and efficient as was the finance person - Troy. Other staff I interacted with was respectful and helpful. Even the manager (the who comes to beat you up - JUST KIDDING) was professional. When it's time to purchase again we will be back!

Keller Bros. Dodge RAMReviews
Keller Bros. Dodge RAM review
We recently purchased a 2500 Dodge Ram from Keller Bros Dodge Dealership, and we couldn’t be happier! Our salesman, Mason, was incredibly thorough and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team was so accommodating and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. We absolutely love our new truck—it’s beautiful! Highly recommend Keller Bros for anyone looking for great service and an even better vehicle.

Turner Kia review
I had a fantastic experience with Joshua at Turner Kia! I initially reached out looking for more information and ultimately decided to start the buying process remotely. Joshua maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. He was transparent about the financing options, kept me updated every step of the way, and worked hard to find the best deal available for me. He made the whole process feel less overwhelming as a first time buyer, and I am grateful for that. By the time I arrived at the dealership, everything was organized and ready to go, making the delivery process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend asking for Joshua if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

CarMax Mechanicsburg review
Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Ourisman Tri-State Ford review
We had an awesome experience with Matt at Ourisman Tri-State Ford. We found our dream car on their website, contacted Matt and he walked us through the whole process. We had to fly into Baltimore to pick up the car and drive it home (we live in ND). Matt picked us up from the airport and we were in and out of the dealership in a couple hours…on our way home! The car is exactly what it was projected to be online and we are very happy! Highly recommend!!

2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Kia of West Chester review
I received a most pleasant surprise when I arrived at this dealership in the form of Corenia White my salesperson and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car (and there have been many cars) She asked all the important questions and boy does she know her product and equally important she believes in what she's selling. I had done my homework and also test drove 2 other car cars and came back to Corenia the same day and purchased a Kia Sportage which i LOVE If you are looking for a car do yourself a favor take a ride to West Chester Kia and ask for Corenia . Nice dealership with nice people A place I will definitely be coming back to Dianne P

Jones Kia and Used CarsReviews
Jones Kia and Used Cars review
I just had my Kia Telluride serviced at Jones and it was a fantastic experience. The service providers were friendly, professional, and efficient from the moment I called for the appointment until I picked my car back up. I felt truly valued as a customer and that never happened at the dealership where I bought my car. After three years of constant frustrations with their service department I decided to drive the extra 40 minutes to Jones and it was absolutely worth it! I will be getting all my service here from now on. Thank you Jones Kia Service providers for making my life easier and treating me and my car so well!

MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWNReviews
MIRACLE BUICK GMC OF KUTZTOWN review
The first day I showed up no one assisted me or asked me any questions so I left. I then reached out asking if the vehicle was still available and was responded to very quickly. When I showed up to look Jeremy helped me right away and was very kind. Let me see all the seats because I am looking for a third row. Unfortunately that car was not right for me and he didn’t make me feel bad or like I wasted his time he was just happy to help me. I really appreciated that.

Fred Beans Kia of MechanicsburgReviews
Fred Beans Kia of Mechanicsburg review
We needed to replace a mid size SUV after the sudden failure of our 2011 GMC Acadia. We knew what we were looking for. Our sales person, Ray Schuenemann, was great. We had a ton of questions, and if he did not know the answer, he got the answer. He took the time with us...no rush and no pressure. He has been in the business for many years, and in fact, we had met him about 10 yrs ago at another dealership (did not buy then, but he was likewise good to deal with at that time.) He has owned and operated dealerships over his career. He is not a high pressure guy like we have run into at other dealerships. If you go to this Kia dealership in Mechanicsburg, ask for Ray Schuememann. We purchased a 2020 Kia Sorento...just what we were looking for and what we needed. Ray is a nice man with a wealth of knowledge.

My Kia Sportage Xpro has more electronic toys than necessary but, it doesn't include A door mirror adjustment that is electronically automatically adjusted to the driver and the mirror adjustment button isn't even illuminated.
