I brought my 2020 Telluride in for recall work. The experience was excellent, from booking the appointment, to picking the car up. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and the drop box was easy to use. The service department called me mid-morning to let me know they had the car in and when I could pick it up. When I got there, the car was ready, they had also done the inspection, which I had forgot was due, AND they had washed the car. Everyone I spoke with, whether on the phone or in person, was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Kia of Middletown!
2020 Kia Sportage review
This vehicle runs and handles beautifully. Easy to maneuver the engine runs smooth and great on fuel .. Find looking as well . if you are looking for a medium SUV this one is just right . I usually have a hard time climbing into the average SUV but as a female I found it to be easy to hop in and out . Great vehicle ..

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

2023 Kia Sportage review
I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

2020 Kia Sportage review
First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. We found a great deal on an off-lease CPO Kia Telluride at Liberty Kia through cars.com. We made initial contact with the dealership late at night and wanted to come by the next morning to look at the vehicle. We were on our way to the dealership before we were contacted to setup an appointment. No worries, Tony our salesperson was still welcoming and considerate eventhough we missed making an appointment and eventhough he was working with another customer. After a few minutes we were shown the vehicle. It was in beautiful condition. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Discussed price briefly with Tony and made the deal. The sale price and other fees were all detailed on their website and was what was expected. No extras. No 10 trips to the manager. No BS. Just nice and easy. We made the deal but we needed to come back later to complete the transaction and work through financing. Tony made arrangements to have us picked up at the nearby train station for the vehicle pickup. Bernadette in financing made the financing process quick, easy and reasonable. No BS there either. Never felt like we were waiting around. I've leased or purchased about 20 cars and this transaction is among the best I've experienced. I would highly recommend going to Liberty Kia for your next vehicle.
2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

2022 Kia Sportage review
Excellent car ,no problems with 33 K miles. Rides quite and very solid. Interior seems to be top quality material. Radio is nice and great sound. No chips on exterior paint. Tires are exceptional. I hit some large holes in the roads and the tires are fine. Car has nice little features like dual sliding roof. There are other features like 4 different driving modes, lighted door handles on outside. There are other things. I will keep this for 2 more years.

2015 Kia Sportage review
Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

2023 Kia Sportage review
after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
2017 Kia Sportage review
I love my Kia Sportage. Now my oil light is coming on, have been through a couple of recalls one being it catching on fire. Now I'm just wondering what's happening with this oil light coming on. I have to take it to Kia to see what's going on. I have 144,000 miles on it now. Hopefully this is a easy fix. My husband thinks it's the oil sensor.

2017 Kia Sportage review
My 2017 has 38,000 miles on it and not one service call, other than normal maintenance. It's one of the quietest cars I've driven, including some newer and the ride is outstanding. The 2.4 engine deliver and amazing amount of power when you need it and highways speeds are quiet and comfortable. Admittedly, I'm a Kia fan boy, mostly due to this car. I would always recommend a Kia product
