I cannot recommend Phil Smith Kia in Lighthouse Point enough. After weeks of calls, quotes, and spending hours at other dealerships only to be disappointed with bait and switch tactics, this was finally the experience we had been hoping for. Thomas, the BDC Manager, gave us a realistic quote over the phone and honored it exactly as promised when we arrived. No games, no surprises, just honesty and professionalism from the start. Once we got to the dealership, Syncia showed us the Kia K4 we wanted, and the entire buying process was smooth, easy, and seamless. Al in finance was also a pleasure to work with and made everything simple and stress free. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. From the first phone call to signing the papers and driving off in my new car only took a couple of hours. After such frustrating experiences elsewhere, Phil Smith Kia was a breath of fresh air. 2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.
