Bill Devine, as always, greeted me as I entered and got my car ready for service. He provided excellent information. In addition, the communication is top notch as is the quality fo work. My car was ready exactly when he said it would be.
Great service and an honest assessment that my Soul???s brakes were fine and did not need replacing yet. I know plenty of dealers where service will push customers to do replacements ahead of when they???re needed.
Arrived and service person explained what was needed and that due to age of suv bolts may break if badly rusted so may not be able to fix. Told me they would see if ok or not and let me know. Came out and advised bolts could be removed with out breaking and fix was in process.? Very pleased with level of detailed expectations and work done.
Gary in service was great. Very professional & sociable. He was so informative. He explained everything I needed . He also made me aware of what I might need in the future so that it will come as no surprise to me.
They were extremely kind and courteous throughout the visit about things that came up. They stayed within the time had told me. They communicated well. They weren???t able to wash my car though at the end of the appointment (included for free with all service) bc they guys who wash the cars were on break. They gave me a card for a free wash somewhere else but I didn???t have time for that. I don???t fully understand how they could all go on break when they knew a car was there needing a wash in that time period.
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens
Of the tail light. We will see if it comes back but they have no problem covering their warranties was very easy no hassle or questions

As a customer of Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington for around seven years now, I can report that in all that time I've never had a negative experience with Sales or Service. I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff.
I???ve been coming to Kia Burlington for over a year now and have worked with Diego, Jen and Cesar for the entire time. Each time I come, I am greeted by name and welcomed so warmly, which means a lot to me! They have always gone to great lengths to make sure my car leaves the premises better than it came in, and that is for every single visit. I???ve never had a problem at this dealership and will keep going! Blessed to see these guys and gal a few times a year!
I am continually impressed by the service department at the herb chambers Kia dealership in Burlington,Ma. From the minute I step in the door to the last step out of the building. They listen to my concerns and offer suggestions which can be helpful as I learn my car over time. Very reasonable costs for service and service was done quickly.
I worked with salesman John Francis and felt so genuinely cared for. He went out of his way to pull a car from another dealership just so that I could see the color! Additionally, my business manager was Stuart Sterling and I felt that he treated me the way he would treat his own daughter. The staff is so caring, kind and welcoming. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Ramon and Julian were very helpful, they did what they told me that was going to be the process, no unpleasant surprises except for delivering the car faster than expected (very positive), I'm really pleased by their job and how fast they worked, I fully recommend this dealership over the one near to Natick due the main positive factor in this process that was the people and their courtesy.
My local dealership closed suddenly (leaving me without an oil change owed me) quite frankly, work hadn't been good. My husband had purchased a Honda thru Herb Chambers so we were familiar with the name & knew the quality of the work was always good in the past. Very friendly, didnt try to oversell (know what needs to done) I trust them all-Jennifer, Caesar & Tom sales associate. Only issue is distance, York was easier & if I'm without a car it is difficult. We do plan next year on purchasing a another car & most definitely from Herb Chambers always rely on kindness, timeless, quality of service-ill deal with traveling Burlington or whatever.
