My daughter bought a KIA. We picked it up today. Mario was fabulous. He was pleasant and you could tell he wanted to assist her. The finance person was also quite helpful. He got her the best interest rate and I could tell he tried hard to make her payments as low as possible.

Took the family to Vegas for a week. Enterprise have me the choice between the Malibu, Charger and K5. My youngest didn't want the grey Malibu and I didn't want to pay for the gas on the Charger with the V8. So we went with the black K5. I drive a SUV so it took some time to use to bending down to get into he car. Once we started driving I noticed how smooth and quiet the car was. The car accelerated with ease and the braking made you feel safe. My Dodge Journey is 2015 and doesn't have all the new tech. The K5's blindspot and car In front of you leaving warnings are great features. Although the K5 had great features the only negative I had was the infotainment unit. The unit worked just fine, I just didn't like how it was integrated. It looks as it was installed as an afterthought. Looks like it was just inserted like a Lego piece, I would prefer it flush in the dash.

Such a luxurious drive. We have the SX. I love the safety features and the comfort. The features are very easy to setup and use.

I have a 2019 AWD Stinger GT2 Federation Edition. Yeah… it is pumpkin orange. NOT my favorite color for blending in. However, all the Carbon Fiber trim adds just the right touch to pull it off. I was test driving MANY cars in its price range and NOTHING had the “WOW” factor like this car. In sport mode it is, quite frankly, a BEAST! I had another driver messing with me on a highway in Tennessee… each time I sped up, he sped up. Each time I slowed down, he slowed down. At one point he went to cut me off for the second time and I floored it. I went from 80MPH to 118MPH in about 2 seconds. Had a blizzard here in NY and I made it home without issues with the AWD. Hands down, this is the nicest car I have ever had!

Service center guys Furtado and Holt were both friendly and helpful. I made an appointment but failed to notice I brought it in a Friday earlier than reserved. The guys still got the car in. Super appreciated as I work odd government hours and getting a day off is near impossible. Shout out to both Holt and Furtado...you've made a new customer. When I need my next alignment, tire rotation, or oil change...you've got my business!

Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.

Overall good experience. Kenyan was kind and relatable and eager to help. Carlos the finance person was very informative and great personality as well. Everyone worked with us to make sure we left satisfied.

Save money on gas. 2 week on a tank of gas Get up and go. The kia dealership has a great team. Best warranty ever

So I got to work with Kelly and she is amazing!!! I am so thankful for how much work she put into getting me my 2019 Chevy at the best price! The Kia Niro hits the sweet spot for me. I had driven the Hyundai Elantra hybrid but the car was just too small. Also had driven a Honda Accord (non-hybrid) but was unimpressed. Took one look at the Kia Niro and was in love at first sight. Currently getting 52 mi to the gallon on my first tank of gas. It is the perfect sweet spot between economy and overall size. Who would think that a small crossover can get over 50 mi to the gallon consistently? And the warranty is top in the business. 100,000 mi 10-year warranty on the powertrain! The car has a super comfortable ride, super comfortable seats. I bought the base trim and could not be more happy. It has all the safety features that I was looking for including blind spot monitoring, etc. The tech is super savvy and allows a lot of custom configuration so the buttons can do whatever you program them to do. My only complaint thus far, is the cup holders. If you're using a tall cup it interferes when you're trying to put the car in drive. The cup holders sit directly behind the shifter and they do not accommodate fat containers. Other than that though I have no complaints. If you're looking for something super fast off the line 0 to 60 in 1.5 seconds, you're probably not going to like the Nero. However if you drive like 97% of other people, the car has plenty of power and I would highly recommend a Kia Niro.

I have purchased many cars and one of the things I hate is being pressured by salespeople and having them make all types of promises and not following through with them. I can honestly say that I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with McGee and particularly Manny who was so easy to work with through the whole process. I needed a specific type of vehicle to suit my needs and Manny took the extra step to find exactly what I was looking for and in the price range I wanted. No attempt at trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle or something that wasn't what I needed. During the closing process he promised me 3 things and he delivered on all of them.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

Got my vehicle in quickly. Prices on Lube oil and filter are still cheaper than any other Chevy dealership around.

I bought it brand new in October of 2020. Ironically I had planned to trade my 2017 Optima for a new Toyota Camry, but the dealer didn't have any, and sales were out 4 months! This was COVID and Toyota was clearly further behind than Kia. So, I ended up with a new K5 and couldn't be happier. The car accelerates like a dream which is what I needed living just off an Interstate I'm on almost daily. I love the large video screen and Apple Car Play. My only concern is it sits low to the ground like a sports car, but I'm getting older and it makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. Also, when parking you have to be aware of curbs and parking stops as the front end is also low and won't clear some obstacles. But, I love the car overall and plan to keep it for a few more years. I may never own a Camry now.

The Stinger GT Line (4 Cylinder Turbo) is fabulous. It has plenty of get up and go. When merging onto a highway, you look at the speedometer and you can't believe how quickly you have hit 100 MPH. The MPG at only 22 is a little disappointing. However, I do usually cruise at about 80. Reliability with the exception of one thing (which I will get to) has been excellent. I am 6' 1" tall, so getting in and out of the Stinger without bagging your head is a little difficult (that is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Comfort). I do regret not going for the little extra cost and buying the GT (instead of the GT Line). The GT does have a few extra standard options which I now wish I had. Now.... the only real negative about the vehicle. I took delivery on March 1, 2021 and since that day... still until today (July 19, 2023) my Apple CarPlay will NOT stay engaged in the vehicle. Sometimes it does not engage at all. Sometimes, just for a short while. Sometimes constantly engaged and disengaging. Sometimes, it engages for the first leg of a trip and not for the return leg of the trip. Sometimes it engages for days and then, it does not engage for days. There is no rhyme or reason for whether it will or will not engage. Kia has changed the radio, the USB Port (this is WIRED [NOT wireless] Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay) and the radio harness. They cannot find a fix. Kia has admitted that they there is a problem and the Engineers are working on it. This has been an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. This is the major reason why I have not rated the vehicle 5 out of 4 stars.

I highly recommend this car for anyone looking for a good quality four-door four-cylinder sedan This 2016 Optima EX outperforms my 1998 Camry LE. Every bit as quiet and it’s actually fun to drive. Starting to lose a slight amount of oil with 85,000 miles on it. Engine was completely replaced and nothing out of pocket under Kia recall.

Great experience with Ken. No BS. Bought a telluride at MSRP. They were not taking advantage of the current economic situation like Dan O’Brien ($12k over MSRP and non- negotiable) or others (all $5-6k over) Nice to have an fast and efficient experience during the purchase.

The Cadenza is a wonderful car. It has plenty of power and has that burst of speed, if you need to use it. The inside is very comfortable and beautifully designed. Plenty of room inside, whether in the front or back. It has all the bells and whistles, at a much lower price that the European equivalents. You won’t be disappointed with a Cadenza.

We just started our search for a second car and were not planning on purchasing that day. We understand there is a supply chain issue and inventories are limited but we were able to find the car we wanted and the process was quite pleasant. We decided we would buy at Lev Kia because they had the car we wanted and all the staff was very helpful and we didn't feel pressured, so we decided to end ou search and make the purchase. The process took less than two hours and that included the test drive. Cameron, our sales guy was very knowledgeable and he took a lot of time to go over the features and benefits of the vehicle, maintenance, options, service, everything we'd need to know. He was pleasant and not pushy at all. We enjoyed speaking with him and then he took us over to finance and that process was effortless. We will definitely recommend Lev Kia to friends & family.

Great comfort. Not easy to use interior controls. Too complicated to figure out how things work. User guide not user friendly. Lots of room. Very good safety equipment.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I purchased a Ford Bronco Sport at Tasca in Seekonk. The saleswoman, Christine Coriaty, provided excellent service and knowledge about the vehicle. Bought my Forte GT Certified used, never knew until now Kia stepped up their game. I really like the car, with the exception I’ve had already quite a bit of warranty work performed, the original owner didn’t take care of. So far I’m getting any maintenance done that it’s lacked, cosmetically updating the badges, and adding performance improvements here and there. It does have get up and go, once past the little bit of turbo lag. I’m averaging around 22 mpg in the city and have gotten as much as 40mpg on the highway with the cruise control on. Overall, I’m pretty impressed with it and look forward to adding more performance improvements as I can to help it out.

No issues whatsoever. Just came back from a trip and got 41 mpg at an average of 75 mph. I would only suggest a better soundsystem for this model.

I reserved a Camry for a 7 day rental and got a fairly beat up K5...WHAT A GREAT CAR! Driving 55 I got over 60 mpg, and driving 80 with the a/c on high, 2 adults and 3 kids, it still got 48mpg. It is super quiet with a smooth ride. The seats in this base model were very comfortable. With 26,000 miles, in 2000 miles of driving, it didn't use any oil. I AM BUYING ONE for myself. This is an awesome car.

We love our 2020 Optima. So much for the $$. Good size, ride, and ample features including safety for the money. 2nd owner and my daughters commute to college at 34-35 mpg which is good for this size car. Unfortunately too many have engine failure with 2.4L (8-10k replacement) and nearing 60k warranty end I'm going to trade for a Honda or Toyota rather than roll the dice. A shame they can't provide a bulletproof engine with an otherwise awesome car!!
