I bought a nice almost new convertible and have been enjoying it all summer long. Here is why: VALUE: The vehicle was priced competitively making it hard to resit when compared to similar vehicles. THE VEHICLE: Even though it was prominently noted that the vehicle had a branded title, the dealer mentioned upfront once again to ensure that I am aware and fully understood what this meant. This made me feel that the owner had nothing to hide and actually wanted to ensure that I have all my concerns addressed. Nonetheless, I took the vehicle to the local authorized dealer to an independent inspection. The evaluation had no remarks nor anything new that Cobra Motors would not have told me already. THE DEALER: I plan on coming back for another vehicle as I was impressed by the buying experience I had the first time. For example, I was from out of town so the dealer worked around my schedule to accommodate me in test driving the vehicle without putting any pressure to buy it on the spot. I ended up buying the vehicle a few days later after convincing myself that I wouldn't find anything better of a value.
That being said, Omer and his family is pleasure to work with. They are easy to reach and I felt comfortable before I even met them in person. That is real customer service. Thank you, Cobra Motors. I have been recommending Cobra Motors to my friends in Chicago.

Delfin Clark who was our sales person was extremely helpful, informative, and had a super personality.
There price was very competitive and we were amazed at the number of customers that were at this dealership on our 2 trips there, which tells me they must be doing something very right to have this many buyers.

After months and months of searching for a newer model car we stumbled upon Hertz and couldn't be happier. We will be looking for a second car within the next year and Hertz will be the only place we look. Our saleswoman Jodie was great!
Sales people are not pushy and will not talk finance until you are ready. One thing I wasn't satisfied was "Hertz Certified" vehicles. They tell you that all of them went through the certification process, however, cars will have break problems, bad work on cars that were hit and chips at various places. One of the cars I test drove had a really amateur work done on its rear bumper. So I wouldn't trust their certification, please take the vehicle to the mechanic and be on the safe side, unlike other no haggle dealership, they are no returns once the car is purchased.

As fate would have it, there was a reason I found Honda World and Eric E. Having been in a wreck that left my car totaled (no injuries) I was in the market for a new car with no idea of what to get. Eric was kind and patient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I looked at cars for days all over the city and wanted to purchase from Honda World solely on the salesperson and his commitment and dedication to doing a fine job. I applaud Eric and the kindness and honesty he demonstrates, not only as a salesman, but clearly the way he lives his life. You see, I eventually realized that the reason Eric looked familiar to me was because he was a Good Samaritan who stopped at my wreck the week before to check on the Parties involved and offer assistance. The unfortunate end to the story is that I didn???t end up with a Honda because of the time crunch I was in...but I will always remember that Eric was the best salesperson we have ever worked with! I deeply regret not being able to give him the sale. Best of luck to a fine young man!
