Heller Motors review
Heller was great! Bob was very friendly and helpful. Low stress environment and made everything very easy.
2024 Kia Forte review
I do like my car, but the seats are not comfortable. I HATE the head rests. I don't understand why they have to be so pushed forward, causing pain in the neck and the back to slouch. I had to buy a cushion to keep my back and neck straight. I also don't like the curved seats. They make it difficult to easily and quickly get out of the car. The problem is worse now that I'm pregnant. The car itself is great, but we spend so much time in the seats, why can't they be made comfortable?

2024 Kia Telluride review
Loved the car until it was recalled due to engine problem. We had to stop driving our new car and leave at the dealership with no timeline as to when the engine would be replaced! We are now driving a rental car until an engine arrives from Korea and our engine is replaced. We are hoping it will happen soon.

Leman's Chevy City review
I was totally satisfied with the automobile buying experience at Leman. Jordan and his team went beyond my expectations. I purchased a car that was ideal for me. Low mileage, warranty, and accepted price for my trade in. Probably last car I'll buy but if I do I'll go back to Leman.
2020 Kia Telluride review
Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

Anthony Krizman helped me get into a new 4xe and was great to work with. I really appreciated his knowledge related to the Wrangler, his positive approach, and genuine interest in my experience. Everyone at the dealership was kind and they even delivered the vehicle to my home. Highly recommend this team!

2024 Kia Telluride review
Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Overall fantastic experience at O'Brien. Juan Cervantes is a true professional in his craft. He was attentive, polite, and personable throughout the entire process. He did everything right to get us over the finish line without being pushy, even came in on his day off to keep us moving forward. Complete night and day experience compared to the indifference we were met with at the other dealership we were considering. Juan, Tyler, and the rest of the staff were all great to work with and I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Juan!

Great experience buying a Ford Maverick from Sam Leman. Alfonso was my salesman and the experience was positive. Can was detailed and filled with gas. I had previously bought a car for Napleton's in Urbana, IL. It was such a horrid experience that I would never buy from them again. Next time I need another vehicle I will be going back to Sam Leman.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

Sam Leman Toyota - Bloomington review
Our first (and last) stop in looking for a new car for my daughter was at Sam Leman Toyota Bloomington. Right away we met Jesse Blick and I could tell we were in good hands! Jesse listened carefully to what we were looking for and matched us with the perfect car! Jesse made the car buying experience so comfortable so I felt confident in our decision to buy a car with them!
2021 Kia Telluride review
Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

My 2020 G4 hadn't been serviced for several years. I live in Florida, busy working all the time. I was visiting my Family in Illinois so we brought my car in for an overhaul. Got a set of 4 new tires, oil change, brake fluid change, the works. My car drives like it's BRAND NEW again, all thanks to Andrew & the ENTIRE staff at O'Brien in Bloomington, Illinois. They even got rid of a sporadic noise my car made when backing up. A Real Miracle. Thanks O'Brien! : )

2024 Kia Telluride review
It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Wonderful experience at the TInley Park, Il location. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. The Jeep Wagoneer was shipped from Bloomington to this location. 2023 Kia EV6 review
Game changing. Luxurious and affordable. Makes relying fully on an EV an easy and comfortable reality. This car goes head-to-head (and beyond) with any luxury sedan. With the regen mode (which you choose the level of with the paddle to the left of the wheel) it's easy to get above the standard range level. Has auto pilot, lane change guidance, and auto distance/speed adjustment which are really helpful for long or late-night drives. Find the EV6 groups on social media for helpful tips.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

About as painless and seamless of an experience as I could have hoped for at a dealership. Jonathan was polite, helpful, and responsive, and I appreciated his assistance every step of the way. Went with a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid and it’s already been a huge improvement over my old car. Would recommend :)
2023 Kia Niro review
This is my first kia. The fit and trim are solid. The car is sound all around. Great gas mileage between 46 in the very cold winter to 67 mpg. Depending on how you drive it. I.ve been dealing with a dealer in burlington massachusetts where I purchase the vehicle. Im not sure they pay attention to detail as the engine calls for a special motor oil, 0W16, And that was not reflected on the engine oil change receipt. When I approached them with a question about the Motor oil, i was told all the engines are the same, which is not true. Also they recommended a 4wheel alignment which i paid for but had problems down the road. The dealer was very unhappy when they had to Repeat the alignment again, and made sure I knew about it. At this time I am searching for another dealer.

My salesman name was Hugo B. at Sam Leman Toyota, he was knowledgeable and took his time to answer questions and understand my needs and desires, I had a few problems with what I wanted to pay and he helped guide me. This is the second car in a row I purchased at Sam Leman Toyota in Bloomington and I’m satisfied once again from the salesman to the finance department not often do you feel like there team saved me money and got the truck I didn’t think was possible. They explained the pros and cons as well as extended warranty info without being pushy. Thanks Hugo and the Sam Leman team!

O'Brien Hyundai of Normal review
Overall fantastic experience at O'Brien. Juan Cervantes is a true professional in his craft. He was attentive, polite, and personable throughout the entire process. He did everything right to get us over the finish line without being pushy, even came in on his day off to keep us moving forward. Complete night and day experience compared to the indifference we were met with at the other dealership we were considering. Juan, Tyler, and the rest of the staff were all great to work with and I couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Juan!

O'Brien Kia of BloomingtonReviews
O'Brien Kia of Bloomington review
I shopped around quite a bit before buying and honestly dealt with some pretty absurd sales tactics elsewhere. In fact, I chose to drive over an hour to work with this team because of how different the experience was from the start. Working with Brian Read was the exact opposite of what I encountered elsewhere. He was easy to communicate with, transparent, respectful, and never made me feel pressured. He answered my questions, respected my time, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Coming from a high-end luxury SUV, I had pretty high expectations and wasn’t sure anything else would feel comparable. I was genuinely surprised by the quality, comfort, technology, and overall luxury feel of my new Kia Telluride. It exceeded my expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Brian and the entire team for making what can be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. The drive was absolutely worth it. Couldn’t be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
2022 Kia Telluride review
If you want a comfortable, stylish, and affordable suv for your family this is the car for you. Makes me feel proud when driving it and holds its own compared to other luxury suvs that cost a lot more. My only complaints are that it’s a gas guzzler and at this price point all models should come with the digital speedometer dashboard and not just the highest trim levels.

2026 Kia Seltos review
I was somewhat disappointed at first, because I'd had my 2020 Kia Sportage for 6 years and absolutely loved it. I had no intention of purchasing another vehicle, because my Spotage was paid off and at my ageI really didn't want another vehicle or another car loan. Iwas having issues with the brake system and after taking my car to the Kia dealership twice, I was informed that my brakes were probably unrepairable or due to rust issues from Salt and snow it would be almost impossible to correct the issue. I was very upset, but ended up with my 2026 Kis Seltos. I couldn't figure out at first if I really liked my new vehicle, but after driving it to work for the past two weeks, I am very pleased. The gas milage alone is amazing, because I'm averaging 35 miles to a gallon, which with the AWD Sportage I was only averaging around 24 mpg. The interior in the Seltos is very nice and the seats being a nice cloth don't get as hot in b the summer weather here I n NC. I love the panel on the dash and all the features it has to offer. It has built in navigation, which is a big plus. The Seltos also has an automatic light system, which dims the light automatically from high beams to low and there are numerous other features that I haven't even figured out yet. The Seltos is paired with my phone and I get notifications when things like doors being unlocked right on my phone. I have automatic start which is also on my phone and this allows me to control the climate inside my car when it's very hot or very cold. There are several features the I'm very pleased with, even though I still miss my Sportage, my new Seltos is really an excellent vehicle and fun to drive.

This was the best experience buying a automobile that I've ever had in my life and I'm 50 years old. My salesman, Alex, was awesome! He worked very hard to show me all the cars I wanted to see. And when I was unsure of financing he brought me to his finance manager. This man made all the things with my personalized situation happen, and met my all of my personal and financial goals. He definitely exceeded my expectations. I want to say again.... thank you to the both of you for an outstanding job and great service with a auto house smile!!! Sincerely, Jason Wallett.

I bought my Forte LXS in Feb of 2024 and i've driven 9,000 miles on it so far. it's been great and i prefer this over a Corolla or a Camry. on the highway i sometimes get fuel economy in the low 50's mpg and on average i get around 37 mpg combined. not bad at all. i bought this for $21K after taxes and registration. the value can't be beat imo.

The group there worked well as a team and were very attentive without the High pressure Schick. Very honest about inventory and knowledgeable about what they were selling. Cars so clean it's a wonder how they do it. You want it they have it.Bmw, porsche, tuners,Lamborghini crossover, all the way down to mid range cars. Did not have to haggle prices were fair and best of all, I know cars and they respected and took notes on what needed attention and started right away. I loved our vehicle we chose. No xx will definitely go back.Classic cars a definite bonus. Their insights are right on the money

I recently leased a 2027 Kia Telluride Hybrid through O’Brien Kia. This was the sixth vehicle our household has leased through O’Brien since 2018 (Forte GT, two Sportage’s, a Sorento and two Telluride’s). Jason Williams has helped with all of them. Absolutely exceptional experience with Jason, Jon Detrick and TJ Gallagher, and the dealership overall. I trust them, and feel great giving them my business, as well referring friends and family their way.

2023 Kia Forte review
Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

Scotty is a really good salesman, I came in for my appointment to look at a used car, he told me everything that I needed to know about the vehicle, was hospitable, and very kind. He also was knowledgeable about his profession, and was really attentive and asked all the questions that me and my grandfather had. After we went for a test drive, I decited that the car would be my first vehicle, and after that we went through all the paper work and he recommended a friend at state Farm to be my insurance agent and I was happy with my purchase and am very thankful for the service he provided.
2023 Kia Forte review
Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!
