So I got 2012 Kia Forte EX, 2.0L, for an amazing price! How much and why, you ask? High mileage and cracked windshield, and wasn't cleaned up by the dealership yet. I just happened to see it right after the dealership took it. The window doesn't affect my sight. The high miles are because it was used for a work car. Where I live you travel an hour 1 way for most people. Didn't care about the miles. It was taken care of properly and I have been to. The only thing that drives me crazy if the timing click.i looked up how to fix it. It's a free fix. I've had to learn how to work on my own car since I don't have my husband here. Y'all I'm a 44 year old woman with DISABILITIES! I can work on this car without being totally confused and lost. I've learned to do my own brakes, which takes me longer to get the dang tire off than replacing the brackets and brake pads. I've learned to do a few other things too. I'm learning how to change my alternator this weekend. With a mechanic by my side telling me what to do every step of the way. I now have 250k miles on Batman, my kid's named the car, and I know he'll run another 250k as long as I keep up.on regular maintenance. You know oil changes, tune ups, and getting to know your car's every feel and sound. knowing if my car sounds funny or not acting right is important to me since I'm not able to run out and buy a new car or afford a shop to take it too. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Kia Forte EX. I can truly and honestly say the ONLY thing I hate on Batman is that he has a sealed system, meaning you can't check nor add transmission fluid. You can but you gotta be smart enough and brave enough to figure it out. It's possible for a non-mechanic to do this but I highly do not recommend you try it of you don't know what your doing. Overall this has been an amazing car and I'm never getting rid of it. It's amazing on gas, 28 miles per gallon still, in town! I'm moving 1500 miles away in another 5 weeks and I'm excited to see what kind of mileage I'll get. I recommend this car for someone getting their 1st car, or wants 1 to travel for work, a small family car, or just plain wants a cute car. I've always been a big Dodge and Ford fan, Kia's are now on my list of favorite vehicles. I'll definitely be crying when I give this car to my son in 2 more years when he starts driving.

Just bought a Toyota Camry from Hertz in Norwalk. We had the best salesman ever, CW you were awesome!! He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. They (my parents) have a very hard time making decisions and CW helped them weed through the choices until he found them a car that matched everything that they were looking for. I only had the car 1 month but drove it to Florida (all around) and back and put on 3,500 miles. My car is a GT-Line, Wolf Grey with the Red interior, Bose speakers etc. The car is a real pleasure to drive. Very Quiet on the road, and my mileage exceeded the 37 mpg epa rating, and that’s while maintaining speeds of 80 mph with 2 people and fully loaded with luggage. Little if any wind noise. Note that at times I hit much higher speeds not knowing since it was so quiet & smooth. The engine RPM was mostly between 2 to 2.1 at 80mph. The power of the 2.5 liter is good, and slightly better than the 2019 Camry I had, which was a very good car as well. The Bose system sounded great, and all the alert sensors and some other sensors like keeping your car steering between the lines worked very well, but I preferred to turn that off most of the time. If you turn on your turning signals to changing lanes, and a car is present, not only does your side mirrors alert you, but you’ll get sound notices and the steering wheel will vibrate. Triple redundancy. The handling is very good, and secure, brakes are excellent and has a very good feel to them. A very important note is, I appreciate that the 2.5 engine has both Direct & Port Injectors on each cylinder. Port injectors will help cleaned the valves and clear any carbon build up. This is the same arrangement my Camry 2019 had which greatly reduces or eliminates carbon buildup in these Direct Inject Engines. The Nav system worked flawlessly and quickly. I also love you can remotely start your car with the key FOB (No additional charge) or with Kia Connect though Kia connect is only free the 1st 3 years. Also, happily, it doesn’t have the stop & start engine control which can cause more wear on your starter motor with little gain on MPG. The seats are very comfortable as I can attest driving 12 hours straight on my first stop. The car’s 8 spd auto shifted smoothly in all conditions. Plenty of room inside. Lot of storage in the console area for incidentals and drinks. I enjoyed the Panoramic roof. The negative was the Combine toggle Climate & Media control is a bit counter intuitive and sometimes causes more effort to control. Trunk space is good, as I had lots of luggage. The car feels solid & hopefully reliable down the line. The only other negative which is because I do my own oil changes etc, is this car takes a Cartridge oil filter (Not spin on) and takes 6.1 quarts of oil, (Not 5 qts) but I knew this well before I bought it but it’s location and design is good. So it’s not a real big deal, but this will cost a little more for oil changes. Recommended oil chg is 7,500 but I’ll be doing it every 5 to 6K for sure. BTW recommended oil is 0 -30W. Based on my limited time but very heavy usage I highly recommend this car, and I really enjoy driving it. Very sporty looking.

Nate was the best he definitely went above and beyond and made sure I was getting everything that i wanted he also went out his way in told Me personal stories on the cars what I wanted to give me a better visual of the car and if it was for me , he didn’t just try and tell me what ever to get me to buy what ever he made sure to get me to buy a car that I truly wanted so Nate ! Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!

Attracted to this dealer by their inventory and prices. Was skeptical, because it’s not a mainstream brand dealership. I had just left a crooked one in Norco. Car was just as advertised, and salesperson Art was completely no-stress and straight forward. Let us go on a test drive and said “take your time”. We did and found some mild noise coming from the passenger side wheels. When I returned, I told Art about the noise and warning light on. He got their mechanics and 2 of them went for a drive. Came back after 10 minutes and one of them switched and sat in the back seat. I assume to locate the noise. Another 10 minutes later they returned and told me they went back to their shop and raised the car to locate the issue. It turned out they needed to replace the shocks and bearings. They would need to order the parts and would have the veh ready the next day. They would also warranty their repair. I was sold. An honest dealership with honest employees??? I bought the car on the spot and will return tomorrow to pick up the car. This is my daughter’s first car, so safety is everything. Don’t let stereotypes fool you. These guys are serious about quality and the customer.

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

This was our 4th Mitsubishi purchase, I love this place, I originally bought my 1st Mitsubishi in Aurora, IL and when we moved out here took the car for service in Duarte and found their service team excellent as soon found out their Sales dept and Saul were just as good, 10 years later, they are still my go to place

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I`ve only had the Kia Sportage EX AWD hybrid for 3 weeks previously owning a 2023 Toyota Rav4 XLE (gas) that seemed bullet proof even after 30K miles. Looking to upgrade to a new hybrid vehicle I was thoroughly impressed with my Kia test drive . The Kia Sportage is so smooth and quiet with strong acceleration and comes with an automatic transmission instead of a CVT. I had studied all the reviews available and concluded that this was among the top compact SUV hybrids .

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.
