2015 Kia Soul review
Our 2015 2.4L Soul has been great. My wife works a split shift, so she commutes to and from work Twice a day. So it gets a lot of highway miles. We also have gone cross country a few times. Always serviced at the dealer (which is more expensive), But it kept the warranty alive. Engine needed replaced at 95K due to oil consumption, but warranty covered it. Now at 220K AC compressor died. But that is the 1st repair we have had to do. Everything else is holding up fine.

2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I was shopping for another Lexus or my first Mercedes with specific features such as anti-collision, lane keeping assistance, etc. and preferably red or blue and a 2025. I shopped on Carfax and found a number that met the requirements so I sent inquires to several dealerships. The prices were all similar but Feliza Engelhard, the salesperson from Mercedes of Sarasota was hands down the best. She answered every single question, responded promptly via phone, text and/or email for over a week. During the process I lost my wallet (and hence no credit cards) and as I lived in MD she worked closely with me to obtain financing, signing all the necessary paperwork (remotely), etc. I decided to fly to FL and when I arrived, the car was detailed, I finalized all the paperwork, and then she spent a couple hours setting up the MB app on my phone, reviewed all the features, etc. Since that time she has followed up a number times to see if I had any additional questions. I've bought many cars in my life and never worked with any salesperson this thorough and so personable.
