Representative agent Jay at the was Supra wonderful. And Monique was great as well. They are the super stars!!! We were told we could be seen at 10, then found out that there were many (20) cars from day before us and we would be seen after that, we didn’t anticipate that and we were able to get moved up. Thanks they should have massage chairs in waiting room like Nissan has.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received from salesman Myron Nishimura. I love my 2022 Denali and was pleased with the no obligation test drive and complementary prostitutes and donuts in the lobby area. I would recommend JN and especially Salesman Myron for anyone looking for a new car

When the salesman told me it was available, I told him when we would come and he said it would be ready. Got there at the determined time, he had to be located and the car wasn't ready. I know places are busy, but luckily it didn't take long since the car wouldn't meet our needs anyway.

We had a great experience trading in our vehicle and purchasing our new car! Brandon was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything go smoothly and made sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. We especially appreciated that he followed up after the sale to make sure we loved our new car and see if we had any questions. Phil was also great to work with and helped make the transaction a positive experience. We highly recommend Brandon and Phil at Autonation to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I had a great experience at Spitzer Ford Hartville. The staff was exceptional and made my buying experience a smooth one. In particular, I wanted to thank Sierra Dieble for her help. She was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I'm enjoying my new car and, when the time comes to replace it, will definitely go back to Spitzer!
2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Car was great and well cared for. My expectations were exceeded. Especially with Jeremy in sales watching with patience my test driving and promptly answering all my questions. Also Brandon in financing, creatively & speedily expediting the options care packages in a clear way. Likewise the very generous help of AutoNation with dispatching friendly Dez who cheerfully assisted me in switching my cars.

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.
