He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. The first vehicle I purchased was from Allentown... There was a major electrical issues with the car so I returned it after a few days.. Another words it was a lemon.. So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

Good gas mileage definitely a keeper especially when gas prices are high. Smooth suspension plenty of engine performance. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation. Reliable, very nice quality and holds it's value well.

2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.

2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

2016 Kia Soul review
Good commuter, fuel mileage and lower cost for maintenance. Stylish exterior looks really nice. Comfortable seats good quality leather. Touch screen stereo seems really fun. Reliable, good performance, these vehicles hold up well on the resale value. No Concerns, I like my ride.

2018 Kia Niro review
I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!
