My service advisor, Erin, was very helpful. The oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection went smoothly. Unfortunately, a technician broke two lug nuts on my car and my car had to remain overnight. Erin kindly arranged for a courtesy car with no cost to me and comped the six month service. I appreciate her consideration!
2008 Kia Rondo review
I've had this car since 2009, it now has a little over 121,000 miles. Other than routine and expected repairs and maintenance it has been problem free. It still looks great with the exception of a ding on both front doors thanks to other people and a scraped back bumper that I did. It has been a great and very reliable car and I am keeping it until it dies!

Hugh White Honda review
Excellent service! I took my certified 2021 CRV recently purchased from Hugh White used lot to have service for auto-idle not working. Turns out battery was bad. There was no charge for service, battery, or diagnostics even though technically I purchased from lot a few months ago. Big thanks to Steve Skaggs, Hugh White Honda service advisor for his help and understanding!
2013 Kia Sorento review
I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

I had a great experience at the Kia dealership, and I especially want to thank Dylan for making the whole process so easy and comfortable. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel pressured. I really appreciate his excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Dylan to anyone looking for a great experience at Kia!

I had one of the best salesmanship experience in my life at Germain Mazda with Donovan. Donovan is incredibly knowledgeable over not just Mazdas but other vehicle brands too, very kind and friendly to work with, and is well prepared with all the customer may ask for in the inquiry of a vehicle. I also wanted to shout out the financial team who assisted me and the manager; a very warm experience that makes the customer feel welcome. I believe Donovan would restore the faith in salesmanship that anyone might lose during their car searching experience. Thank you all!

2012 Kia Sorento review
We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline, within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good, and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

2014 Kia Sorento review
2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I went to German Kia knowing what car I wanted to look at. I was able to take it out for a test drive and although I felt a little bit of pressure to purchase the car right then and there it was done gracefully. When I decided to go back and purchase the car, it was all set up and ready to go. Boubacar had stayed in touch with me so that he knew what what we were doing and answered my questions so that everything went smoothly the next day. We were treated very well. It seemed no matter what someone was purchasing, they were treated like a guest, not just a customer.

Car Source David Gurevitz Oct 13, 2025 “ This is the 2nd car I bought from Alonzo at Car Source. I found him to be one of the best. As the same as the last time, I told him what I was looking for and a few days later he found it. In the past, I have tried this with numerous other car lots. And needless to say, have never been successful. Alonzo always comes through. He's very professional, but also honest and down to earth. Thank you for being my "go to guy". I appreciate you...
2011 Kia Sorento review
I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

2012 Kia Sorento review
I've had this car for five years and only had to replace starter. However I now have engine issues it stalled on me driving on highway luckily I cruised down off ramp and had to use all muscle for power steering and brakes that went out to a parking lot on access road.

2015 Kia Optima review
There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Germain Subaru of Columbus review

The General Manager (Harry) and salesman (Will) were both personable and professional. I felt the negotiation was fair. The dealership had the Corvette Stingray in the exterior and interior colors that I loved. It was also extremely well equipped.
