I had a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail in it and repaired guickly, effciently and it didn't cost me "an arm and a leg".

After owning this vehicle for only a little over a year I sold it due to Kia’s poor quality. This vehicle always cracked and popped as if it were made from cheap materials. Also, it has defects the doors would randomly unlock themselves. It did get great gas miles and 200HP for a Hybrid is really decent.
It was so easy and Joe found the exact car we wanted and had it there to pick up the next day!

Was reluctant to purchase a Kia, but after driving it I am very pleased with the handling of the car, the interior is comfortable and roomy and purchasing regular gas has put more money in my pocket. Love My Kia

Nice design, great mileage from a reasonably priced, nice size sedan. The c ar lives up to its reputation and provides a good styling, comfortable ride with great economics. Up to 40 MPG on the road and average in the high 20s around town.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.

I could use a little more power but wouldn't trade it for the gas mileage ,also wish kids had entertainment in the back. remote start is also on my wish list
The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
I previously owned the 2011 Sorento. Loved it so much, that I put 175,000 miles on it. I upgraded to the 2019 Sorento. Love the heated seats, dual climate control, the 3rd row will be nice when I have a car full of people, and I love the backup camera.
Fast car inspection and replacement of the battery

My battery failed after owning my KIA for two years, a month and a few days. My car was towed to Hilltop Ford/KIA under warranty and the problem identified: battery was replaced at cost of $154.40. I had thought something more serious was the case. Mr. Danny Roque, Service Manager, was very concerned, attentive and helpful in my obtaining a refund on additional towing charges, due to the fact that Oakland KIA, the nearest KIA dealer to San Francisco, could not store and inspect my car for eight (8) days after I contacted them. Hilltop KIA was able to inspect the car, replace the battery, wash my car and transport me to and from a BART station, all within thirty hours after I first contacted them by telephone. I greatly appreciate his assistance and the good service I received.

This car did meet all my needs but I truly do miss my Toyota. I’ve been a Toyota customer since 1982. I miss it. This car is very dependable and reliable. Never had any problems.
I went in to look at a specific car to see if I would like it in person. Turns out I do! Alex greeted us right away and made the process very easy for me to come to my decision. My payments and total price were made achievable to me plus I received way more for my trade in than I thought I would get. He even answered questions I faced on the upgraded technology via text a couple days later.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with my potential buying possibilities with your dealership. I would highly recommend this dealer to both my friends and family.
A week ago I had gone on-line and requested quotes from various dealerships, not knowing exactly what I wanted but there were things that were important to me. Saturday morning (at an appropriate time) Joe Reid called to find out how he could help me. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and he had a couple of models in mind for me to check out, so I told him I would meet him. Mind you I had a list of dealerships to visit and passed a couple on my way to meet with Joe, but I had made a commitment to meet him first. The car I was currently driving was 18 years old and in good condition, but I was ready for something new! My last experience with a dealership was about twelve years ago when my son was 16, and it was so horrible that I never wanted to go back.(That was in the east bay) Joe Reid was so nice and explained everything so well, that to be honest....I didn't want to go anywhere else. We went for a test drive in a model that suited my needs. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase something more than I needed or to commit to something that I really couldn't afford. Not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable, in fact every part of my buying experience went so well that I almost thought it too good to be true!! With-in a few hours I drove away in my brand new Hyundai Kona right off the show room floor!!! I love my new Kona and I would recommend Manly Hyundai to anyone whether they are buying their first car or their last. I also want to thank Hasan in financing for being so nice and understanding when it came to making sure I knew all the warrantees available to me and what I could afford. Very comfortable. Plenty of room and, yet it does not feel like a big car. . Fun to drive and loaded with safety equipment such as backup camera and lane recognition warning.
Made the car buying process quick and easy! Saved stress and money. Everyone that helped was amazingly friendly and informative. We ended up saving money by trading our car and getting a brand new model.

This car has body damage however the interior is in mint condition, still smells new. Unused floor mats. Always kept floor liners so original carpet is also in excellent condition. I was told by body shop that he could get two doors for about $800.
This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
This is my 3'rd Kia Optima an they are great cars.

I would highly recommend this car based on performance, comfort and safety. It is very reliable in all kinds of weather and is really a pleasure to drive. It has all the features of the more expensive cars and is always very reliable. I believe that it is an excellent value.
I new what I was looking for and was glad to find it. I was hopeful for a better deal and found it difficult to manage an agreement with financial advisor. Fortunately after hours of negotiating all kinds of terms we came to understanding. I understand I choose a very special SUV, but as a customer looking for the best I expect the best deal. Sales representative did a great job showing me my car of my dreams with great knowledge.

I love my Soul, had it for almost a year. However I will never consider another Soul unless Kia fixes this issue. The issue: it doesn't support Google. The assistant button on the stereo only recognises Siri and ignores the other Major Assistant. But the Kia Optima works with both. It's quite annoying and almost turns me off the KIA experience... Almost makes me want to look at another brand once my lease is up.
This is our 7 th. Acura MDX. This means something. I have worked with Anatoly and mansoor for the last 3 leases. They are honest wonderful service and the best price around. The finanacing was done under 20 min while I had my coffee. Thank you guys again.

We love the conform and drivability of the car. Tight steering, and very comfortable seating and car ergo-metrics. Nice milage and just fun to drive. Much roomier than expected and nice pickup.
