Murray Newton is a knowledgeable, patient, kind person. Not just a salesaman - a truly good person. Absolutely no pressure tactics. He spent an entire 4 plus hours allowing me to learn and test drive 3 vehicles in lousy cold, snowy weather. I never felt as though he was losing any enthusiasm for what he does or impatience with me. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. If I am in the market again, he would be my first call.

Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Service, prices, and staff are great. I bought an Altima and I have been happy with it. I get service every six months or so.
