My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

Two auto shops told me that I would need new brakes pads and rotors replaced for the front brakes. Quotes were provided about how much it would cost to do so. I decided to reach out to Venice Honda and asked how much would it cost for that; the provided price was lower! So, I took my car to Honda Dealership and told the advisor what my car needed...he asked me why would new rotors be needed based on the historical records of my vehicle? I told him that I was told by the two auto shops I went to. Long story short, my advisor had my car inspected and called me back and said I didn't need new rotors since it could be resurfaced, which would save me 50% without new rotors. I also got the fuel injector cleaning service done the same day. I had the price for that as well from the other two shops I went to..., and I decided to do it with Honda, which was also cheaper than the other two auto shops. My advisor also told me that nothing else is needed for my car today, and he provided me with a list of what will be required for the next visit...no pressure on getting stuff that doesn't need to be done then and there. I will come to Honda Venice for all services from now on...not just the regular maintenance...Oh, I was calling around to get a price on new brake pads and rotors replaced for my car; not a single auto shop in the area could beat Venice Honda for the same service price. I recommended Venice Honda! My advisor was Joe Cordaro; he was awesome, great...and funny too. Advisor Anthony Denby was also very helpful and polite when assisting me with my questions regarding the prices of the services I needed. I would recommend these two when you need to visit Venice Honda :) Their customer service is genuinely welcoming and exceptional...everyone is so nice!

This SUV competes in what I call the mid size near luxury segment. LIKES: 1.The ride is supple (easily absorbs harsh bumps) ,quiet (noise absorbing glass and abundant insulation cuts road and wind noise) average handling for a SUV. It gives a luxury level ride. (Exception: the X Pro line comes with off road tires which effects ride and noise) 2.Abundant, what I call nanny electronics for those who prefer messing with their phone rather than paying attention to driving their vehicle. 3. Seating in the Prestige trim is done tastefully in Nappa leather with good support. The driver and passenger seats come with 8 way adjustment plus lumbar adjustment. The driver seat only comes with adjustable electric thigh support. Both seats come with heating and ventilation. The second row is captain chairs that do not have electronic adjustment (why?) They do come with heating and ventilation. The third row seats are large enough for full size adults to be comfortable a rare thing in a mid size SUV, but I would not want to spend 10 hours sitting in them. 4.) Infotainment system works well, has a large screen harmon kardon sound system is excellent. You are given various access to many forms of media including apple carplay but only by cable connection (why?) 5.)Climate control can be managed by the info screen or by mechanical switches which I prefer instead of navigating through multiple layers of menus. The rear passengers have their own separate climate controls. 6.) Cargo space is large especially with the 3rd and 2nd row chairs folded down and with the roof racks, things like plywood can be hauled easily. 7.) The 5 year 60,000 mile basic and 10 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty is the best in the industry. 8.) Fit and finish is excellent DISLIKES: 1.) There is only one engine available. If you're looking for neck snapping acceleration you will be disappointed. But it musters up 291 hp and does provide acceptable acceleration allowing you to access highway speeds without a struggle. So far overall MPG has only been 17.5 far below the published 20 -23 mpg. There could be several factors causing this: 1. the engine only has 315 miles on it, so it is not broken in. 2. the weight of the vehicle. 3.) The gearing of the tranny and the AWD setup. 4. the engine gets its hp without the use of a turbocharger (adding a turbocharger would have certainly raised the hp and mpg) In this segment V8's are not available with one exception the dodge durango. 2.) Extremely limited color selection 3.) Reliability: Because I have only 315 miles on the vehicle I'm not qualified to speak with any knowledge on the subject of reliability. OVERALL IMPRESSION In my search for a vehicle the Telluride came the closest to providing and meeting all my expectations. Yes there are vehicles out there that surpass the Telluride, but be prepared to spend an extra 20k or more. The Telluride provides a luxury ride, near luxury interior, an abundance of electronic technology, plenty of cargo space all in a good-looking package! In the end the Telluride is an excellent value for the money. The only way you're going to know if the Telluride is the vehicle to meet your needs and expectations is to drive one. I'm betting you'll be impressed.

Great service didn't get haggled by pushy salespeople if I wanted the car or not.

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Once again I recently had an easy and helpful appointment at Hyundai of Venice. My recall notice was completed within a 1/2 hour and additional questions about my Santa Fe were answered quickly and informatively by your staff. I learned a lot about features that were confusing to me and discovered additional features I wasn't aware I had! I continue to be impressed with this dealership and the pros who work there as a team. I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end. Kayla was the lady who answered my original telephone call. She worked with me to schedule my appointment on short notice. Next up were Courtney and Tilly. Their coordination of my service visit was flawless. They did what I asked and suggested other services in the future. Shuttle service was provided at no cost. Tegan was a gentleman and a scholar. What an absolute delight! He opened the door for us and was so accommodating in every way. Please note, "I am an old lady with a broken hip!" There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Slayter was our salesman. He was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to help us! He even came in on his day off to finish the deal, because my husband had to work the next day. We bought a used car and he made sure we were getting what we wanted. Ask for Slayter...he's the best!

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

It's been three years since I've owned this car. First of all, the design was so cool and the interior was good. I wanted to buy it as a night fall edition at the time, but there was no vehicle. I ended up buying it as an lx trim. I'm so happy with it, and I'm planning on buying the car again with the 2025 Telluride SX X-Line. This car is absolutely great.

Went in today for a check up on my battery , which was purchased in 2019 from this service center. Check was performed and as I suspected it was not performing up to par. Was replaced and used what was left of the warranty , also let me know my cabin filter was dirty and has not been changed for 2 years. As I have all my serviced performed here at the Venice Honda Dealer, ever since I purchase it there , they keep records of service performed and I feel I can trust the mechanics. As for me they are Great .

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

Both make sure you are happy with your purchase and understand all the aspects of the car. Ryan in finance is also great to work with. This is the third auto that my family has purchased and we would not go anywhere else.

AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage
