Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!

Everyone was friendly, polite and willing to work the numbers and make it happen. The only downside is the paperwork. Since I haven't purchased a new car in years, perhaps this is just the way it goes but it took longer to go through all of the paperwork for a new car than it did to get a home equity loan!
We pulled in to look at a new Grand Cherokee Overland I had seen on their website. David Barth appeared immediately and fifteen minutes later we had traded cars. In about an hour it was detailed and ready to go. David was very attentive and through. No high pressure and having to deal with two or three people. Just like dealing with the old time small town dealerships. He did a very good job explaining all the new features to Rose (I seldom drive it). We'll be back.
Great experience! Jack was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire buying process. I traded in my car and he worked with me to get the deal that was fair and made sense. I was happy with my purchase and I highly recommend Jack and Douglas Jeep if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They even stayed late after closing time to make sure all went well with my deal. I'll be sending my referrals over to Jack for sure.

I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Started sales process and left dealership after not getting price I wanted. Couple hours later they called me and general manager stepped in to make an offer that was acceptable to my wife and we purchased the vehicle.
Kevin worked extremely hard to get me the price I was looking for. The car was ready as promised and all the options were as specified. Kevin had the car ready on time, took the time to review all the options with me, set up my iPhone and Called me that very afternoon to make sure everything was OK. I wouldn???t hesitate to use Kevin again for another vehicle purchase or lease.
We were greeted by Edens at the front door and he welcomed us to sit down and discuss what we wanted. He was very attentive and helped us select the right model for us. He had us test drive the car and explained the interior workings. He answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt very relaxed . We had been to several other dealers but Edens was the best salesman that we had we encountered. The whole process was exceptional.
