My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
I had test driven a Ford C-Max Energi in 2014 and completely fell in love. I knew that was the next car for me. But unfortunately do to timing and circumstances I was not able to buy one. Still, I knew this would be my next car. Whenever I would have a bad day, I would go on Ford’s website and build the car I wanted with all the options and colors choices I wanted. I even saved one of them I had built in a pdf file to reference when I didn’t have internet connection.
This year when Ford announced they would no longer be producing the C-Max in the US I knew it was time for me get my dream car. I went to a local dealership and got the run around. They said since the car isn’t being produced, they can’t get the car with all the options I wanted. They tried to get me to compromise. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into something I didn’t want to do. I left in tears thinking I would never own the Ford C-Max of my dreams.
Then my boyfriend called and said he found a nearly new one in New Hampshire in the exact color with all the options I wanted. He started making the calls on my behalf. Craig the sales representative was always available and even though the transaction was made across states, made me feel like I was sitting right in front of him. The entire Portsmouth team did their best to answer all my questions. Signing the paperwork was seamless and easy. They even set up delivery from NH to TX. When my car arrived before I thought it would, I was overjoyed and estatic.
Thank you for everything you did to make my dream a reality. You really are the best. I’m a Portsmouth customer for life.

We had a few glitches in the pick up of the car, not a huge deal, but very inconvenient for me. They took total responsibility for it and made it right. Can't ask for anything more than that! Great buying experience.
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
The first time in went to website I was immediately greeted. The loan application was simple and fast. The customer service team were friendly. Michael Galer was one of the friendliest sales people I've ever encountered. I would recommend these folks to anyone I know.
I bought my first car 4 years ago from Lisa this was my first car I ever bought on my own and she did not pressure me i told her what i needed she gave me my options 4 years later still own that car with no regrets. She makes the process so simple and straight forward. I recently went back after my son had a few horrific experiences at a few other dealerships. The car her wanted he got and also got a lesson on what a honest salesperson/dealership should be and Lisa and Heath made it happen in a few hours he drove off the lot with his car and a payment he can afford. This is a dealership that will not take advantage of the naive or 1 st buyers and i felt comfortable letting my son go on his own and not get scammed and ripped off and i cant say that about ANY other dealerships in southern NH. What an awesome experience from start to finish let me tell you about Auto Wholesalers of Hooksett. My daughter Mackenzie was purchasing a car this would be her first loan for a car. I emailed them in the morning requesting information on a car for my daughter Mackenzie giving them the price range on what I was looking for for her loan Danny Lalanne one of the sales people txd me back within the 1/2 hour. It was early so I was a bit surprised that he contacted me back so fast. We discussed back and forth what would be good for Makenzie and I let him know that I would be down in late morning to see what they had for inventory. I arrived with my best and her husband with Kenzie and kenzies best friend to check out the cars. Danny was ready with all the sets of keys and with a awesome dimener.Kenzie and her best friend went into all the cars that Danny had pointed out. We asked Danny about the Nissan Versa that was only 2 years old. KenIe drove it and loved it. We worked out the pricing with Matt finance manager he was very accommodating in helping with the information on the loan and the price.... Kaitlin the general manager was there she was awesome to talk to and had knowledge of the vehicle another pleasant person that we were dealing with. The Whole experience was awesome. Danny was the best part of it!!!! I would go back if I ever needed to look for another car and work with Danny again.....
Even though I purchased from another dealer, I had a Ford vehicle (brand new 2018) blow a radiator hose - State Motors was the closest to my home for warranty service and accepted the vehicle right away; arranged for a rental car; diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day. They exemplify "customer service"...they even returned the rental car for me, saving me time! Highly recommend them and owe great thanks to Thomas Powers the service manager and his team!
