I Purchased a Maserati. The overall experience was excellent. Carlos was great to deal with. There was a small problem with the stereo speakers which they promptly fixed.

I seen a listing for a vehicle that I was interested in and went to inquire about it. Was taken to vehicle and then was told to take it out for a drive. No judgement, no questions. I got to do a real test drive with the type of driving I do, in areas that I drive. About 40 miles and over an hour of driving later, we arrived at the shop. Instead of getting pushed into purchasing, we talked about the vehicle for about 30 minutes. Sales person actually knew everything about the vehicle and answered my questions truthfully. I was never felt any pressure to purchase anything. Very laid back atmosphere. Transaction of purchase was quick and easy. Normally an hour or so of paperwork only took 15 minutes. After the purchase, I didn't have the feeling of buyers remorse, or regret. It's this type of environment that makes shopping for a vehicle actually something that can be enjoyed. Definitely would go back again.

Our negotiations were straightforward, he facilitated getting the car to a shop for a pre-purchase inspection I’d setup and also contacted a company for me to get a temporary wrap for the car to be protected on my drive home back to NC (shout out to Alex and the guys over at ONEighty who fit me in on short notice. Thank you!). Once I got in town at Staten Island, Alfredo’s team was super accommodating and welcoming as well. Thanks are also due to Adam (owner), Sha (social media), Arty (Swiss army knife lol) and everyone else that made me feel like part of the team. This was a great experience. I purchased a 3-year warranty which I never do, but the price was right and I've used it 2x for small issues and every mechanic accepted the warranty. I recently purchased A 2018 Alpina B7 from Ray at Motor Cars Of Chicago. When I purchased the car I made it clear to Ray that I was going to be in need of the title in ASAP fashion – Ray said I’d have the title within two weeks and boy did I just like he said he fulfilled the promise he made no questions asked. Also on the way home after taking delivery, I had a very minor problem that turned out to be a bad battery. Ray was unaware of when we took delivery of the car – Ray didn’t hesitate he reimbursed me for the batteries I had to have installed at the BMW dealer by the BMW dealer. He said the car was flawless and he stood behind that statement. Ray is very straightforward and no xx perhaps not full of warm fuzzies for everyone but a great way to do business, especially in the luxury and highline car business. I find Ray to be honorable direct and stand up and we’ll do business with him again if I had any reservations about doing business with them before this transaction, they are all completely gone and yours should be too.
