1995 Land Rover Defender review
I lived in rural Zambia for 4 years and owned a 1995 Defender 110 TDI. Mostly drove on game paths through the bush to remote villages (we were missionaries). Always got us to our destination and home again through the most difficult terrain. Rough ride is a relative term in rural Africa. Dependability is everything there.

2021 Land Rover Defender review
I bought a Defender 90 P400 when I got tired of waiting for a Bronco and couldn't be happier. As soon as I got it I went on a 3000 mile cross country trip including a stop in Texas for hunting where it traversed rocky and steep trails as well as hauling game. It did everything without a hitch and has been rock solid. So much quieter and more comfortable than the Bronco, and probably 80% as capable offroad. Will cruise all day in quiet at 90 even with off road tires. My favorite car purchase and that includes Lexus, Corvette, BMW M5/M240, GMC Denali, Ford Platinum. Waited 8 months but worth it.

2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

2022 Land Rover Defender review
Let me start by saying I love Land Rover products, have owned a few, and I love this car but... I've had more electronic issues with this car than all previous combined. Granted, it has a lot more technology than previous models I've owned, so there is that. Land Rover frequently sends software updates to the car that must be downloaded. It takes several attempts to ever get them to work/download properly. The last one I received I finally had to take it to the dealer to let them do it (after several weeks of trying). Additionally, the camera system had to be replaced for intermittent interruptions that progressively got worse over a few months time (car is a year old now). Big problem for this car b/c it's difficult to see out of the car and the cams are a necessity. Beyond the electronic issues, the car looks great and performs well on my ranch where I actually need a car that can get around in all weather conditions and on the inclines and rough terrain we have - plus I just enjoy driving it. Hoping they work out the electronics. I plan to keep the car for a good while.

General manager and new cars sales manager are making at you telling to go to the insurance company. But there is no any insurance because the vehicle wears never delivered. This is a beautiful and impressively crafted vehicle. Its design has a unique, stylish, almost süırty vibe that really stands out. Paid to have vehicle delivered from OKC to COS dealership before I purchased it. Was well worth the 4 days it took to arrive. I have yet to find a truck near the price I paid unless it has double the miles. No haggle price I thought was going to be a big deal, but it was the BEST deal. Call ahead before you walk in or have a salesman name ready, you will be greated by long lost friends (MANY) who want to sell you a car right now. Internet was the best way for me.
