When I drove in I was immediately welcomed by my service advisor Mike. He could not have been nicer and any more cordial and knowledgeable. I had such a good experience with these folks. I had made an appointment to test drive one car and got a call the evening before telling me that the car had been sold - disappointing but not nearly as much had I driven 25 miles to find out. I picked up a new Terrain here and was pleasantly surprised that the salesperson took time to show how the second row folds, where the jack is, and how to use remote start. Usually you have to figure this out yourself, but here everything was explained on the actual car.
